Please can one of my fellow shareholders refresh my memory about the dates of the upcoming Californian Court Case.

I understand the objective is to determine whither Mr. Stephen Hope as a director was guilty of compromising/abandoning his fiduciary duties with FRR, to favour his own and OMF's material betterment.

If no pre-trial agreement is reached, the consensus would seem to be this is likely to be a jury examined case. Therefore, do we expect it to be over relatively quickly with a guilty or not outcome; and if so what could we expect to follow?

I'm NOT myself expecting this to re-list quickly but I am expecting to get a comprehensive update to events thereafter from OUR company!

If this remains as a private company, how will we be able to monetise our individual shares in the future?

At this present time it feels like someone has raided my bank, taken my money indefinitely, but the bank doesn't want to recognise that I am it's customer/depositor/creditor.

Checking my Halifax Share Dealing Account {CMA} today (11/07/20) I noticed that my FRR shares had vanished!

A slight panic encouraged me to phone Halifax help line and query what was going on.

The 1st responder told me the shares had been “De-listed, The company liquidated, The shares withdrawn by FRR, The shares didn't exist anymore, I no longer owned them and that Halifax had been instructed to remove them from my account!”

WhooooH....SLOW DOWN!

I responded that I knew of the de-listing from 'The Market' and that FRR had become a 'Private Ltd Co. so I STILL owned a share in FRR.
“NO,no, no” this Ronald continued “These shares are GONE!”

Not believing this person I insisted on speaking to his supervisor, whom he said would tell me the same story.

After being put on hold for many times due to internal consultations backwards and forwards, a more helpful lady called Megan told me that Computershare would be sending Halifax a 'Nominee Share Certificate', and at that time Halifax would put my suspended shares back in my Share dealing Account.

Phew! I thanked the lady, wished her 'good afternoon' and hung up.

REALY NOT IMPRESSED WITH HALIFAX 1st RESPONSE!

We are very fortunate on this board to have some excellent researchers & posters who share their knowledge & considered thoughts freely with the rest of us. Thank you & long may it continue. Over the years, (GKP veteran), I have become very knowledgeable about the hydrocarbon industry and AIM markets, both of which carry a very high risk. I hope what makes FRR different is that our management has their own hard cash invested along with us. This gives me confidence to remain invested despite the seemingly never ending obstacles thrown up. Although we all want a timely & profitable exit soon, I think we could still be a year or more away. For myself I'm wishing for a steady & inexorable share price trend upwards next year as our company progresses. Good luck to all. Cavey

Like others on here, I'm really curious as to why this sp bounces around it's range of 0.3p-0.5p, but does not go anywhere - the answer of course is, the complete lack of any newsflow from our company.

At 14:30 today I attempted to buy a £500 top-up which failed, as did a subsequent £300 one.
Baffled and with that tiny trade in mind, I attempted a dummy sell of 1m and then 5m, both of which were pounced on!

So I remain long and strong, (and like many), frustrated with the lack of newsflow.
However the clock is definitely ticking towards 18th December courtroom deadline!

No problems 1sttea. I'm thinking sp is down because of the little naval spat the Russians & Ukrainians are presently having about their territorial perceptions in the Sea of Asimov. It will probably make this share even more volatile than it is already!

56 000 000×0.78÷15 770 835 000 = 0.277p per share I reckon. A nice little addition to our struggling so! Me a very happy chappie! Cavey 😎

Never a truer words written! We are lions led by fat greedy politicians who on the whole couldn't care a sh@t.

So, now 7 MMs are trading our shares; one more than yesterday. Hmm. Uncle Sam wants a Southern Gas Pipeline and Cheap Sweet Oil that can make Europe independent of Russian gas, as well as keeping both Russian power and Iranian nuclear ambitions in check. I also agree that BH are NOT the Super Majors that Zaza is alluding to; but a very fine company no less to be working with. BH are MASSIVE in their own right and a top services provider company to the oil and gas industry. Maybe not what most of us were expecting in this RNS, I personally had no concerns when I read this, this morning. Looking forward to future RNS's with renewed confidence. Given that Zaza said some time ago FRR had too many shares in issue, no one has mentioned that we might consider a share consolidation ...say divided by 100 or even 150 to make the sp more attractive to IIs. However, my own experience of these consolidations oftentimes leads to the sp declining even more! Anyway I would think that this sort of action would also require a RNS to be issued beforehand. Any thoughts? Cavey

"No new material information will be released at the investor meeting." So why are FRR holding a meeting at all? A meeting that is long after the market has closed on that day? Interesting times. Good luck Chaps Cavey
