We would love to hear your thoughts about our site and services, please take our survey here.
Tjate without question is a very large resource of Merensky Reef PGMs. Merensky being the most sought after ore with the lowest associated chrome content.
But it is also very deep! At circa 1280 metres (4,200ft) down, where it is apparently 0.8 metres (31.5 ins) thick. (Drilling update at Tjate 16th January 2008).
Now where did I read recently, (this board?), that to get a mine into paying production took on average 10 years from exploration and from somewhere else, I remember cost about $1 Billion.
Leon does not give the impression in his video updates that JLP are interested any longer in mining; with all the capex, delays and uncertainties; since we now have the ability to short circuit the process by going directly to 'at surface' tailings! Tailings that can deliver substantial profits in 6 - 12 months with much less cost!
So my thoughts see JLP going to a much larger `experienced miner/conglomerate and getting a very interesting deal done (for Tjate). Could be an outright sale, a joint venture, (you lot dig the ore out and we will process the tailings), or some other beneficial/profitable agreement.
Whatever way Leon and Colin are thinking, I don't imagine mining being in the equation. Far better to get a massively profitable deal done and use those profits to buy in tailings from other large mining companies where they can perform their magic! 'Cleanup Magic' that miners don't want to spend money on but Governments, 'Greens' and New Green Fund Managers will LOVE!
What is not to like? It's a win win scenario!
Happy Screening Chaps,

Morning FRR 'Investors',
On a morning when the democracy of the leader of the Free World seems to be in a very precarious position, the very tentative hold on our own financial future, again seems to be disappearing down the road like the preverbial tin can.
The helplessness that many must feel in that country is mirrored I'm sure by all genuine retail shareholders in our company. I'm not alone in wanting this mess to end and to be able to get on with planning some sort of positive future one way or another.
Thank you to all posters that have spent time and efforts to get information about our company posted on the board, some of which I honestly feel should have been available from FRR's management.
My only solice to date is, hopefully this same management are also equal value shareholders to ourselves.
Good luck to all of us.

IMHO I think that now is the time to get all FRR linked information translated professionally, so we don't lose the correct inference of what is being said/proposed. We still have funds collected from our group for this purpose after all.
re: "Outrider Management has become a more important stakeholder than ever before and now needs to play a more active role in all of this....” Mamulaishvili said." .... is Zasa saying here that despite 'Outrider/Hope's' past aggressively/greedy/untrustworthy behaviour towards FRR, we now need to work together to get a positive outcome for ALL shareholders & by association himself!
We trust that Zasa will be careful to ensure that FRR/he avoids past administrative traps that have led to shareholders angst and possible terminal losses here.

Hang loose Chaps.
NO Government, Company, High Nett Worth Invester is going to jump into bed with a complete novice, chancer, *Anker to develop a kindergarten yet alone an oilfield!
It ain't gonna happen!!
Great info development this past week...keep it coming, I'm already feeling much more +be!
Cavey
Well, well, well!
Mr hope and Outrider really are a couple of slippery eels in the catch, and of course Hope must know some of what FRR know before he 'resigned', but he/they don't mention the gas which by my current thinking and recent research is now more desirable than the oil. (Did I read somewhere that a barrel in the ground is worth about a $1 to any prospect.)
These companies/governments/slippery-eels/bast****s know the good stuff is there underfoot, but can they reach an acceptable/profitably-mutual agreement?
We all live on some favorable outcomes here.
Cavey
PS - Please carry on the sleuthing you guys, us common share holders need you!
Zaza has already been given too much time!
We have lost our VERY HARD EARNED to an unscrupulous blagard, and we have. NOTHING TO LOSE NOW.

WHAT have been drinking old boy??!!
"CMQ, see point 7 where it lists Frontera and point 12 where it specifies the amount and period in question."
My profuse apologies Looed and thanks StarRage for pointing me directly to the query. I was looking at all of this on my mobile this morning and eyesight is not what it used to be! Now on my laptop, it's much more visible.
Cavey
Hi Looed,
"The client is FRR as clearly stated in the documents, therefore the money is spent on FRR."
The documents that you refer to seem to have no money $ amounts mentioned and no reference to FRR anywhere that I can find/read; in fact apart from some American names (lobbyist?) they seem to be blank forms!
Am I missing something here?
Cavey
Not only on our discussion board but also from our individual posting history it seems; so unless copied elsewhere:- now history! Like our investment??
Phil_2018 ....I read from this that we are/have been extracting gas (13Mcuft) from our field(s) and supplying it to the locals for the benefit/proving/testing that the field can produce. But it doesn't say we are being paid for that gas supplied! Also with frozen bank account s, how can the company benefit in any way, yet alone pay our former employees or any bills?
It's been a one way street it seems;... we give and they take ... no wonder we're in our logjam position!!
Re: Madpunter at 10:00 today:- "The GG have 99% of the area of Block 12 and FRR have 1% of the area, but it holds 99% of the value of Block 12. As long as Zaza doesn't include the words 'area' or 'territory', then what he is stating could be correct."
----------------------------------------------------------------------
For what it's worth, this has always been my interpretation of the Arbitration ruling. FRR have only retained 1% of the original exploration land area, but this retained area holds all/aka 99% of the monetary value that has been proved up by FRR over the passed years of work.
Also noted, the constant regurgitated 'ad nauseam' political propaganda comments that we read with every written statement from the present Georgian Government.
Keep up your excellent work chaps we really do appreciate the huge effort.

Hello People,
Some excellent research, revelations, thoughts & post over the last few weeks since our 'Sleuthers' got these broadcast/et al professionally translated & posted to these boards; so all of us investors in FRR can understand what's been/is going on.
A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO THEM.
Reading & now understanding just what is/has been going on re: corruption at all levels & departments within Georgia makes complete sense of the difficulties FRR management (& others) have had to endure.
Unfortunately I believe my considerable honest investment here will be totally lost to these criminals in powerful political positions unless there is total regime change in the neartime elections.
Even then, will a super major still want to invest in such a difficult political country? If it was/is still BP at least they have already worked with Gazprom, so must know the likely scenarios.
The 'Bear' in all this is of course, Putin who would like total control of Western European gas supplies & by this means, the more political control is would bring by closing the taps when he was of a mind to do so.
I hope I will not be too old if this ever comes good.
Good Luck,
Cavey
P.S. Can someone tell me, How do I access the FRR archive?
Cavey
Hi Chaps,
Thanks for all your collective hard work in keeping this board and us ordinary share-holders informed.
I thought this company was as good as dead after the arbitration and we lost 99% of our exploration land, but as regdik explained, (obvious really), FRR can suck/pump up all the goodies from their 1% base with horizontal drilling and fracking!
However, it is not the technical aspects of running an exploration/production company that has stymied us, but it seems the corrupt politics and practices going on all around us for many a past year, which are only now being exposed by good research.
A great idea of 'our sleuths' to get professional translations of Zaza's latest broadcast; he seems to have the bit firmly between his teeth, and it seems our future is certainly now in his hands.
This afternoon I've added my £20 to the cause.
Fingers all crossed, good luck.

Hello fellow shareholders, posters and analysts on this lively FRR BB.
Being a 'too regular' reader, but infrequent poster, I am much amused but better informed by ALL who take the trouble to do so. Our regular sleuths have done a terrific job in bringing news, (good/bad/indifferent), and information to our readers and analysts attention which over the last 14 months especially has been a great source of comfort to us all. It is very interesting and positive to see some posters supporting the right of all, to express their views and we are as a group much enriched because of this. We are after all up against forces that do not believe in democracy or free speech! I believe that the Russians do not want competition from a 'Southern Gas Pipeline' that would diminish their income but more importantly their political power that they would hope to wield over free European and Caucuses Economies.
The recently highlighted many shenanigans and propaganda of the present Georgian Gov. and their probable 'Bearish Puppeteers' give weight and justification to the long silence from Zaza and others, which now appears to be coming to an end with the anticipated independent arbitration. (But beware, we may have to wait until after the Georgian elections to get any movement from the 'Super Majors.'
So, myself I'm feeling quietly hopeful, that we will be rewarded properly for our very high risk investment in FRR.
Good Luck to us all.

Morning Chaps.
So, our 'Investment' has just been kicked further down the road and patient as I am, enough is enough! We all invested our 'hard earned' here and expect to know what is going on in OUR company. WHAT can we DO as shareholders to force our company to inform us of current events? We are well past the 'Fob Off' stage of 'Non Disclosure Agreements.'
I emailed Frontera Resources an hour ago on their 'Contact' webpage the following enquiry.
Cavey
........................
I am a private shareholder in FRR with many shares.
This company has been suspended since 24th December 2018.
Since that date there has been no information issued to any shareholders as to what is happening with OUR company.
This is not an acceptable state of affairs.
Please, we need to know what is going on, do we still have an investment or has it been totally lost and if so WHY?
Continued silence is not an option.
Automated Acknowledgement reads:-
Thank you, your message has successfully been submitted and we will endeavour to respond as soon as we are able.
Frontera Resources Corporation (FRR)
Please can one of my fellow shareholders refresh my memory about the dates of the upcoming Californian Court Case.
I understand the objective is to determine whither Mr. Stephen Hope as a director was guilty of compromising/abandoning his fiduciary duties with FRR, to favour his own and OMF's material betterment.
If no pre-trial agreement is reached, the consensus would seem to be this is likely to be a jury examined case. Therefore, do we expect it to be over relatively quickly with a guilty or not outcome; and if so what could we expect to follow?
I'm NOT myself expecting this to re-list quickly but I am expecting to get a comprehensive update to events thereafter from OUR company!
If this remains as a private company, how will we be able to monetise our individual shares in the future?
At this present time it feels like someone has raided my bank, taken my money indefinitely, but the bank doesn't want to recognise that I am it's customer/depositor/creditor.
Good Luck

Checking my Halifax Share Dealing Account {CMA} today (11/07/20) I noticed that my FRR shares had vanished!
A slight panic encouraged me to phone Halifax help line and query what was going on.
The 1st responder told me the shares had been “De-listed, The company liquidated, The shares withdrawn by FRR, The shares didn't exist anymore, I no longer owned them and that Halifax had been instructed to remove them from my account!”
WhooooH....SLOW DOWN!
I responded that I knew of the de-listing from 'The Market' and that FRR had become a 'Private Ltd Co. so I STILL owned a share in FRR.
“NO,no, no” this Ronald continued “These shares are GONE!”
Not believing this person I insisted on speaking to his supervisor, whom he said would tell me the same story.
After being put on hold for many times due to internal consultations backwards and forwards, a more helpful lady called Megan told me that Computershare would be sending Halifax a 'Nominee Share Certificate', and at that time Halifax would put my suspended shares back in my Share dealing Account.
Phew! I thanked the lady, wished her 'good afternoon' and hung up.
REALY NOT IMPRESSED WITH HALIFAX 1st RESPONSE!
Good Luck Chaps

We are very fortunate on this board to have some excellent researchers & posters who share their knowledge & considered thoughts freely with the rest of us. Thank you & long may it continue. Over the years, (GKP veteran), I have become very knowledgeable about the hydrocarbon industry and AIM markets, both of which carry a very high risk. I hope what makes FRR different is that our management has their own hard cash invested along with us. This gives me confidence to remain invested despite the seemingly never ending obstacles thrown up. Although we all want a timely & profitable exit soon, I think we could still be a year or more away. For myself I'm wishing for a steady & inexorable share price trend upwards next year as our company progresses. Good luck to all. Cavey
