It may be that Colin has been told that he has been issuing too many RNS updates and he may have decided to group them to reduce the number of announcements being made?
In which case, maybe we will get monthly drill updates instead of piecemeal ?
It was great to get confirmation that GF production is wamping up and that FB production on schedule to start by year-end.
Also that recent decline in alluvial production was caused by a lack of chinese workers due to Covid, but they are now returning so alluvial production should now start to ramp up again
All good on the Manica front
I am so bullish about XTR at the moment that I have just topped up with another 100,000 shares at 5.294p - bit of a bargain, I'd say... But I don't intend to make a habit of it ( how many times have I said that?)
"Xtract Resources PLC - copper-gold projects in Australia, Mozambique and Zambia - For the third quarter ended September 30, total contractor gold production from the Manica Concession in Mozambique more than triples to 1,586 ounces of gold equivalent from 427 ounces the previous quarter. The total value of the Explorator's share of gold produced is USD784,998, up from USD218,413."
With POG about to break $1,800 per oz and CU having just passed $10,000 per tonne the pricing metrics of both Manica and Bushranger are looking better and better.
-Did anybody else notice in today's RNS that the production cost per oz of gold has reduced to less than $500? Methinks that mega profits are on the way from Manica...
I would hope that an updated model will be part of the presentation this evening and if so, then I do think that it would have to be released as an RNS prior to the meeting.
let's hope we see something this afternoon.
Incidentally, am I imagining things, or did I read somewhere that hard rock production had also started at Boa Esperanza earlier this month - CD did not mention BE at all in his RNS, which leads me to think that he is saving the news for another RNS? Income from two hard rock assets by the end of October is better than many of us could have hoped for...
That's good news, Bob. I look forward to seeing you on the 25th ( I have 3 AGMs that day!)
Colin was asking if you could make it to the meeting on the 14th and I told him you were still at sea so I am sure he will be happy to see you on the 25th.
Hello Gheko,
Unfortunately there will be no blue sky to 10p if Colin gets his wish at the AGM, as there will be around 50 million warrants issued at 8.5p that will create a massive drag on the SP between 9 and 10P.
Of course these warrants will bring in a round £4 million to the company, but if the repeatedly promised income from Africa is forthcoming then thecash injection from warrants is not needed and the resulting dilution to LTHs from the issue of these warrants is unnecessary.
My current thinking is therefore that I will be voting against the issue of the 8.5p warrants at the AGM.
ATB.
Well CB certainly seems to have plenty of confidence in GLR, since he is taking another 10 million shares in lieu of salary owed to him over the last three years.
Hopefully when he makes a whopping profit for himself, we other shareholders will also reap the benefit...
IMHO anybody with even half a brain will already realise that we are looking at an SP of well into double figures by the end of Phase 2 drilling.
I have been invested in many AIM companies over the years and, to be perfectly frank, have made what some would call "a fortune" from my investments to date.
I have no problem at all in stating that , based on recent drill results, XTR is likely to be the best investment that I have ever made. I expect to make so much money out of XTR that I am more than happy for as many people as possible to share in the windfall.
This is only my own opinion, of course, so please do your own research, do the maths and make up your own mind about the possible/probable potential of this company.
My conscience is now clear, as anybody that loses out on the potential of this company, will do so as a result of their own choice, rather than being able to blame others for their indecision.
By the same chalk, those invested here can only look to themselves for the eventual outcome, whatever that may be.
I, for one, for better or for worse, will still be here to see the eventual liquidation event of Bushranger, whether in 6 months time or two years.
ATB.
I guess that since the pit is open-ended in every direction it is hard to come up with an accurate model? But great that the pit is just growing and growing...
He reported on last night's RNS this morning - so maybe he got mixed up?
On the other hand, I certainly wouldn't say no to another RNS today...
I'm half expecting another RNS this afternoon. I can't help thinking that the Manica RNS earlier this week only told half a story...
From Traders Cafe with Zak Mir this morning:
"There was more from Xtract Resources (XTR) late on Thursday as it said that laboratory assays have been received from the second drill hole (BRDD-21-007) completed on the Phase Two diamond drilling programme at the Racecourse Mineral Resource on the Bushranger copper-gold exploration project, at the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales, Australia. Assay results for the second angled hole of the Phase 2 drilling programme at the Racecourse porphyry deposit have given further confirmation of the high-grade copper porphyry potential of the deposit, with the first two holes returning very encouraging results with thick copper intersections."
- The results in a nutshell IMO.
Yep, can sell 1,000,000 well above the bid - looks like the SP still has some way to go today?
It will certainly be interesting to see how the market reacts this morning. Even the most sceptical of investors must have been impressed by the assay results...
I wouldn't worry. By the time that a Major has accumulated 30% of the shares with having to report each 1% bought over 3% and the SP would be well into double figures ( 40p at a guess).
" show us the money "
For months now the market has been saying to Colin, "show us theoney"!
Well after just two phase 2 assay results that box has been well and truly ticked...
Iceberg's market cap of £100M could be just around the corner?
..
It could be a nod to those of us that are already invested some have the option to top up before there is a big spike in SP?
