Also usually there is atleast 1 or 2 labour court updates. There was none yesterday. I don't remember any day where there was no update on labour courts since I started checking.

But we are also waiting for a petiton to get the shipping restarted as per the last RNS and in the latest ruling where LIMA GONCALVES JAMBOR ROTENBERG was involved, there was a request to AJ, recovree and the creditors to indicate that payment to labour creditors will be made from DIP A. Intesa Sanpaolo Spa is the agent for the credit union. You will see them mentioned in the below link.

Y - I would be more than happy to read lithium articles you post as well as your opinions on questions I have from time to time and my opinion on anyone criticising you for it would still be the same, if they don't like it, it would be easier just to skip it. Those of us who find it useful can read it and gain whatever we gain from it.

The case is already in courts @Makemoremoney. I think it is a matter of waiting for the ruling on that. But I am not 100% as well. Hopefully someone else can clarify too :)

@Makemoremoney - When I looked in the morning, the preceding case was a labour dispute which hasn't been ruled on. The link at the bottom should be directing you to that. My translation is that the courts are saying they are not the right people to make the appeal to.

"As stated in the initial petition, the special appeal is still pending.waiting for its first admissibility judgment to be made by the São Paulo Court (e-STJ, page 4)."

"In fact, the best of reasons recommends that you seek such a request from the local court."

"periculum in mora and the fumus boni iuris" translates as "risk in delay and the smoke law" (Google translation).
As they are saying this doesn't exist, maybe they don't expect too much delay to labour credit payments.
