@Pawnsacrifice - I don't agree with the content there. But I agree with you that information shouldn't be restricted to suit an agenda.

@Pawnsacrifice - I think you can read. As far as I understand, your actual IP address isn't displayed to any third party (Only your ISP knows that). You are assigned a variable IP address by your local exchange and that is what gets communicated to Websites. So unless they block you using your IMEI (which I think gets passed on), you should still be able to view posts.

Cookies they collect may have additional info but I don't think they would use information from cookies to block you.
