@maddog - As per the numbers on their web page, there is a difference of 130k tonnes between production and shipping in 2014 and 2015.

@maddog - It fascinates me because I usually see some similarities in people depending on that number. No 1s tend to be stubborn. The ones I know anyways. But to different degrees of course. No 3s tend to be amicable but pretend they listen lol but they have their own mind. No 9s tend to be the life of the party. 4s tend to be free willed.

Since you said your birthday is coming up, I wanted to see if that theory applies to you.

@Maddog - I have a question. Not related to anything posted here. Are you an adamant person? Not in a bad way or anything. They say those whose birth date adds up to 1 (i.e - 28 = 2+8 = 10 = 1+0 = 1) are adamant and once they are fixed on something it is hard to convince them..which can be good or bad..I know a few ones and I see that trait, but to varying degrees.

This is the line I was referring to.

@Huinhwa - Below are the lines that made me link that to the appeal.

"This urgent measure was filed aiming to give suspensive effect to the special appeal brought by DEV MINERAÇÃOS / A (MINERADORA) against the judgment of the São Paulo Court of Justice, which, considering an interlocutory appeal handled there, maintained the decision of the first court that ratified the plan and granted its judicial recovery, stating, however, that it must be chosen another index of monetary correction different from what was stipulated, in this case, the TR .."

The last line to me is a clear reference to the ruling back in July/August.

"Initially, it should be stressed that the granting of advance protection is subject to the existence of the requirements of the periculum in mora and the fumus boni iuris. "

This line indicates to me that they are referring to the last suspension order by STJ. "periculum in mora and the fumus boni iuris" was the reason given for suspension of shipping at that time. I will post that link shortly.

@Huinhwa - No problems. I like to be corrected when wrong.
But the court has rejected the appeal by the bank creditors since. This actually happened a day before the ship appeared on the radar here. So Dev no longer need to wait for a petition from bank creditors. All they need is for bank creditors not to re-appeal.

@Obs posted the link for it. I will try to re-post it.

Huinhwa - Just one thing to note from me. Dev don't need an agreement from banks to ship. The latest I know is that ruling to ship $10 million net has been upheld.
