But what happens if the DIPA is used and KDNC decides to walk away or forced to walk away? KDNC becomes another creditor?

Also I saw a judgement in July that said settlement in 5 days etc and AF was given extra time for appeal. But nothing much happened thereafter. AF's consequent appeals were rejected.

Does that mean they are asking for progress on agreement on credit settlements?

Hello @Tomcat. My opinion is that the demonstrate in 5 days refers to the applicant in the case as they seem to want to claim compensation from a party not involved in the case as it comes before the below statement.

"The recoveree, the creditors and AJ must express their intention to use the amount deposited in the records, referring to DIP Finance A, for the payment of creditors."
This only says shows express intent. But can they use the money deposited before KDNC actually has any stake in Dev? As currently speaking, KDNC doesn't actually owe creditors anything? And currently speaking, it is a Brazilian court holding up the last milestone? Wouldn't that be breaking away from the JRP if money is used before 20% stake is taken?

In my opinion, not RNS..but something I found interesting is the acknowledgement of "injunction grant in the interlocutory appeal."

@Mccarefree - The rumour swirling around is that it is Mr.Lithium's 2 year old using their monthly pocket money allowance. That's what came through the grapevine.

I would think so. I usually track cineworld shorts and I see institutions increase and decrease stakes on the same day. I have never done a short myself.. but I guess theoretically you can open and close a short on the same day if you make enough money..but I have no experience on this. Maybe others will have more accurate info.

17 September update: The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has renewed its decision temporarily to require holders of net short positions to report at 0.1% threshold of the issued share capital of an issuer. The renewed measure will apply for another 3 months from 18 September 2020. Please continue reporting to us at this threshold.

Restriction: There is a ban on naked short selling of shares. Covered short selling is permitted in prescribed ways.

Disclosure: Disclosure of net short positions in shares is required. Include synthetic positions e.g. via derivatives. The thresholds are:

net short position of 0.2% or more of issued share capital of an issuer must be reported privately to the FCA
further disclosure required if the net short position reaches or exceeds each 0.1% threshold thereafter (i.e. at 0.3%, 0.4% etc) and on falling below the relevant thresholds
on reaching a net short position of 0.5% or more of issued share capital, on reaching, exceeding or falling below each 0.1% threshold thereafter and on falling below 0.5%, the net short position must also be reported to the market
These short selling restriction and disclosure rules apply in respect of shares admitted to trading on a regulated market / MTF and with a principal trading venue in the EEA. They apply regardless of whether a short position on that instrument is taken on an EU or non-EU trading venue. ESMA maintains a list of exempt shares whose principal trading venue is outside the EEA.

Deadline Calculate net short positions at midnight and notify not later than 15:30 on the following trading day.

Filing Disclosure must be made by using the online ESS.

@FrankieH - I think there was a rule change on the limit for disclosure. I believe it was reduced recently, temporarily or permanently, I can't remember. So I guess if it is smaller than that limit, you don't have to disclose unless the limit was reduced to 0. I shall have a look.

The number of trades for the past few days have been small.

Time will tell I guess..Lot of people seem to be chasing the in trend stocks or just pulling money out..Red mist on all the shares I hold and watch :') Especially when there is no news.

I guess time to sit tight and be patient.

@Barksy1 - Could those two be someone just moving there shares between accounts? Someone with direct access to market. I recently saw that happening with another share i follow..since it is the same volume at different price..
