@danawinner- My perception is that it won't happen until a ruling on the latest case raised by the bank creditors...I am waiting on the agreement with the bank creditors...

But there is also a view that the previous ruling stands because that is what is said in KDNC RNS as well as RNS from yesterday and shipping can happen..

But I remain hopeful and would like to see agreement RNS first.

This is from the court documents. This indicates that negotiations are ongoing but yeah..I get your point that it is strange to do that..indicates distrust but maybe with Dev not Cadence+Indo Sino?
They have also asked the courts to set the 10$ million limit to gross of the proceeds, not the net, which to me indictaes they still are worried about excess costs being claimed by the seller (Dev).

@Maddog - For me numbers have the factual data in them. How you interpret the numbers distort it. :') I always run what I learn across friends for their opinion to balance out my view as I tend to be too hopeful and sometimes they point me out to look closer or ask me questions. Some invest along with me. I will take a look at it too. :) Thank you again.

@Barksy1 - I hope I can one day attend the AGMs just to see how they work. But I am not the best person when it comes to analysing people or social situations. Always found it difficult. But I generally like almost all regular posters here, regardless of their opinions. I see a stark difference between some of the other boards and here. More tolerance for different opinions.

@Soyo - Yeah. I appreciate that. It is hard to take. They have the right to vent. All money is hard earned. But end of the day i like to believe they are here because they see a way up. I honestly believe if Amapa comes through good times will come.
