@Dallasdaz - What is forward selling please? I remember some loans were converted around the time when shares pushed up past 12.5p but the exercising price was 12p at the time.

@nookie - I hope so too. I belive this will leave to the break a lot of the regulars here deserve for their patience and spirit. I also think a steady rise is the best. Gives a good base for the spike. I kind of agree with @Barksy when she says "keep them guessing". Higher base to jump to reach even higher heights...but not too long to lose the interest that has been gained.

All those fluctuations were different from the trend this week. Everytime it fluctuated (it never broke the 13p barrier in the last 2 months or so) have been on the same day. This time there is solid news to back it up and the rise has been steady over 4 days now. I personally don't see it going back to those levels.

What is the take on lithium price and internet of things?
More electric devices, more communication, more lithium-ion batteries? More demand? Higher the value of Lithium?

I know the 5G signalling is getting delayed due to huawei issues but if Amapa comes good then just in time for the rush? Diversification of the iron returns into lithium?

Or am I wrong?

@obs- I would like to think those are buys too...ones above 10.5 mark...

Also this is one of the few mining shares on the blue. I see many of the others are in the red. Maybe on a different day it could have been a bigger blue but on the positive side, there was no push it up and down we go trend today. Steady climb. Hope it stays.

Out of interest, what are the mid-tier miners valued at? On average?

@Obs - I kind of lost the excel sheet which I was working on. It should be somewhere on this PC but not sure where. 100$ per ton did give a very significant figure. Wish I can find the file.

@Obs - Each side tries to get the best out of the deal for themselves but ultimately compromises...even though the ones I had the chances to see, they weren't this complicated, ultimately it has to benefit both parties or won't happen. If you want to push all the risks to one party then it just falls flat and personal opinion is it won't reflect well on either party if they are the ones wanting to have the cake and eat it...

@maddog and @mrcautious - the deal going through and it going sour are both possibilities. The delay doesn't look good.

The upside is, JRP has been upheld in the latest ruling. So no contesting that. Shipment will happen although there won't be any revenue (I don't know if they will book it as revenue) to KDNC out of it but it is still movement. But if small creditors are paid for, the courts interest in this drops a bit or the bigger carrot is the local economy?

The other side is there is no agreement between the banking group and Dev and it goes back to court and takes a even longer.

I just wish there is some snippet into the whole negotiations (there was no indication of the counter proposal on the RNS and it was only known to us through court ruling). For what is is worth, there was a multi billion buy out recently in an european market that took even the people who were in that industry by surprise. I knew some of the people in discussions with the firm that was bought out/going to be bought out, on another matter but they had no clue as to what was to happen. I guess sometimes they prefer all this to be kept behind closed doors. Though I wish to have some indications on this.

Hopefully it works out. I obviously don't have as much experience as you guys on this but for better or worse, in this to see what happens I guess and hopefully good things will happen to make everyone happy.

As for the deals being negotiated, I have seen deals, that were in the end completed successfully, being negotiated back and forth for year or two before conclusion. I've seen "it will be signed this month" end up being signed few months later. Personal experience. Even smaller ones, I have seen numbers being negotiated and then when it is agreed by the negotiators, getting turned back to the negotiation table because the numbers have changed then a compromise being reached.

Hopefully it is a case of that.

@obs- If counter proposal is being reviewed, then things will go back and forth as, if Dev/Cadence + Indo Sino were happy with their proposal, an answer should have been given already (it has been a month). If Dev/Cadence + Indo Sino are to respond with changes then banking group would take more time to respond to things. They seem to take their time with things..But big positive is they don't seem willing to execute their guarantees..

Any idea on the two petitions since the decision? It also says courts will be kept updated on the outcome/communication...

Also as for the shipping, my estimate is atleast 3 shippings to get to 10 million net. Does this mean, Dev will be booking more berths in the coming days? There was also the news of 3 shippings every 2 months..

Hopefully there will be news soon..fingers crossed..

Also any idea who is representing Dev on the new litigation? This is with regards to the power of attorney that was to be granted on EGM...
