@Cbax -If you follow @Observer's post, he has numbers on the potential value of the project. I would recommend it. You can derive your estimates from there. They also give the reasons behind his valuations.

There are atleast 3 sets of news awaiting with regards to Amapa. The shipment news may actually break on this board before a RNS because there are a few keen eyed regulars here following the ships.

@Obs - Thank you for the answer. I thought if anyone could find it, if it is available online, it would be you..But I think this is anticipation. The next step in the chain of progress has been reached with agreement to the major points. To me looks good.

@Frankie - You may still be able to fly to space, if commercial space travel comes to fruition, in a scale that is affordable for more than the select few. :) There is always hope.

@Obs - Any way to track the progress on the documentation needed to start shipment?

@Obs - I think 20p before the news would be good. Or even higher because once the news is in, this could go places...

I was hoping for 40p initially but would I be wrong to expect more now with this base? Especially with the rises in anticipation before the court rulings?

When @MrCautious and @Maddog are optimistic, then it is good times ahead

Assuming the below happens (Let's put aside the possibility of it not happening for simplicity):
-49% share holding is achieved
-Annual inflation of 3.5% (recent inflation rate in Brazil except for 2016)
-Price of iron averages 100$ (again just to simplify)
-Secured Creditors agree for 30% cut to the amount owed to them

What would the valuation of Cadence be based on Amapa alone (Of course other assets will add to it. I hope that by the time amapa is at it's peak, other assets will also start to give returns. I think it will nicely link up with the 30% JVs in Australia around this time. But to simplify, I was thinking of looking at Amapa alone)?
Is there a similar size companies that can be referenced?

@Tomcat - Aren't companies sometimes valued at multiples of EBITA? As profits can sometimes be booked lower in the books for tax purposes?
