I am still uncertain about where you stand on Immupharma's Share Price. I think you would like a deal to be arranged at a huge price like £345 and even at a more moderate of £140 which would reflect P140 with only a small curative effectiveness in a handful of autoimmune diseases such as Lupus and CIDP. The figure of £345 would include a proven effectiveness in the case of many autoimmune diseases and possibly Kapiglucagon with a proven therapeutic effectiveness in the treatment of Type 1 Diabetes.

Immupharma seems to be closer to having an effective drug in Kapiglucagon for the treatment of T1D, and so is closer to its marketability. But what value can you place on it and how close how are we to a proven effective drug of P140 in the case of other autoimmune diseases such as Lupus. Laura2022, do you have any clear information about this?

I agree with you that a deal for IMM at a share price of 1p,2p is absurd. But I'm not sure that 100p is equally so. Your wording is ambiguous; I think you mean that this price is also far too low, rather than too high.

In a very recent post, you quote a SP of £345. Seriously? Is that really going to be acceptable to even a well-heeled Pharma? If the IMM negotiators are holding out for this price, it is not surprising that no deal has been agreed.

I am so pleased that you thanked Alex Snowdenn and Alesia for their posts on the side of honesty and sense. The people posting negativity in every post and at the same time decrying the views of honest posters like Oscar are really soul-destroying. When, a fortnight ago, I wrote a post in support of Oscar and against Onetomany who had described Oscar's posts as crap and drivel. What were his grounds for writing is such rude language? There was no apology from otm and only support for him from some of his tribe such as spantrout.

These characters never give up their attacks against those with views that are contrary to theirs. It's very difficult to stand up to it. That's why support for honest and well-researched views is so important so thanks again pebsi.

Oscar's post dated 27/03 at 20:43 was in 2 parts, the first consisting of paras 1 to 4 and the second consisting of paras 6 to 8. Due to an oversight on his part, he has not included para 5. Nothing sinister there.

What I do find strange, is your reference to Oscar's post as "drivel", despite the paras contain well-argued points about what he thinks are hopeful in the latest announcements from Immupharma. You do not produce any arguments to explain why you believe that Oscar is writing so-called "drivel". Rudeness for its own sake, I would say and you should know better.

Earlier in the evening in a post at 19:50, you described an earlier post from Oscar that evening as "a lot of crap".

Any proof of that? No, just more rudeness from you. I don't call that sensible argument. It's just another attempt to denigrate the points that Oscar has put forward in the belief that Immupharma is about to achieve a breakthrough with its drugs, P140 and Kapiglucagon. Your posts just lower the tone of this bulletin board and it's sad.

Let's hope that there will be an announcement before the AGM of a profitable deal for the Company.

I wonder if the doom sayers like Roger and Nolupus will at long last come to believe that Immupharma really does have a great drug in the cupboard in the form of P140 and perhaps in a smaller cupboard an effective remedy for T1 Diabetes in the form of Kapiglucagon,

In my opinion, you are by far the best of the contributors to this bulletin board.

I depend on your comments to keep me straight on Immupharma and its prospects.

You are so much better informed than anyone else who contributes to this bulletin board. You remind me of a friend and neigbour who is a Patent Attorney and who always takes a very even-handed approach when analysing companies which are very much involved in advising companies on their patents.

At long intervals there are shareholders who venture to make an estimate of the value IMM's shares. These valuations vary from 20p to over £120.

I think this huge variation in share value is down to ignorance about the number of autoimmune diseases that can be cured using drugs on the P140 platform. And not only cured, but also diagnosed.

I wonder if the value of the P140 drugs can best be estimated if they are separated from the other diseases and valued on the basis of each cure, and then value each additional disease year by year, disease by disease?

Would that be feasible? Do I make sense?

Your gut tells you that IMM is about to raise more funds to pay for a new Phase 2.

Why on earth should we listen to the rumblings of your gut?

If you read the posts of Oscar22, etc, you will find cogent reasons why it takes time to do a deal with one or another big Pharma co. Let's hope for a RNS from Tim during March to tell us where IMM is in its negotiations with other Pharmas.

Thanks to you and Wigwammer for bringing Nolupus down a peg or two. But I'm afraid that you are probably wasting your time because Nolupus, Bonneville and several more of these naysayers are immune to reasonable argument. I don't know why that is.
