RE: Lanstead4 Mar 2025 15:07
Morri940 - thanks for your observations on Lanstead.
I am more interested in receiving a regular and accurate statement on how much Lanstead has paid in each month gone by. It's not a fixed amount because it depends on how the average market share price has exceeded or fallen short of the average Benchmark share price for the month. In February, for example, I believe the Benchmark share price was 2p, in which case Lanstead would have paid more than the notional amount due from it.
The Benchmark share price remains at 2p until May when it rises to 5p. - or so I believe - and so until then Immupharma's market share price should easily exceed the Benchmark share price.
In May, with both Lanstead and Immupharma having agreed a Benchmark share price, both parties must be expecting the market share price to be averaging above that figure by then, in other words they are expecting a flow of good news between now and then.
I am not employed to provide accurate information on this subject so what I have written my be completely inaccurate. If so, I trust that Tim McC will correct me and supply shareholders with accurate information on how much Lanstead paid Immupharma in the past couple of months, for how long the Benchmark figure will remain at 2p. and when it will change.
