You probably share the disillusionment felt by me and other long term shareholders at the absence of any follow-up to the RNS of 6th March in which we were assured that IMM had currently no plans to raise money in the capital markets and was confident that it's financial requirements would be met from upfront payments on one or more deals with other pharmas for the commercial development of IMM's products such as CIDP and Bio-AMB.

Three and a half months have gone by and none of these deals has seen the light of day. IMM's peptide technology seems to have no takers. I find this quite disturbing.

At the AGM tomorrow, can you press the two Tims for information and impress on them the necessity for shareholders to be given information on the progress of these commercial deals?

Wildbunch - it will be good to receive your comments from the AGM just as we did last year although it was somewhat more optimistic than events turned out.

I've been listening to the Sunday Roast interview with Tim McCarthy's in his role as Chairman of Incanthera. He is very optimistic about INC's growth prospects in terms of sales, revenue and profits. Good new for its shareholders including IMM on the assumption that it will be able to purchase its share warrants and to retain them.

It's perhaps worth considering shifting from IMM to INC for one's own private investments. I've made a modest start.

Like you I intended attending the AGM in the hope of obtaining information from the management on the Company's immediate future. Unfortunately, I suffered an acute stroke two weeks ago. Fortunately, I received rapid and excellent treatment from my local NHS hospital and have made a complete recovery. But I've been advised not to make the long journey to London. So I, too, am hoping that someone like wildbunch will attend the AGM and gi ve us feedback from conversations he has with key IMM figures.

I listened to an interview with Tim McCarthy today - the link to it is on the Incanthera message board. In it he sounds positively euphoric. All is well with Incanthera. Sales of its Skin+Cell skincare product are going much better than expected with orders being doubled and then redoubled during the current period and the roll-out in Asia likely to take place ahead of schedule.

Late on in the interview he mentioned Immupharma and how supportive it had been; that it had sold its current Incanthera shareholding and he expected it to exercise its INC warrants for over 7 million shares within the next 3 months. There was no hint from him that IMM was in trouble. Worth listening to. And quite a turn up. I for one did not expect Incanthera to become a good news story. It is a Nominee for AQUIS Company of the year with a presentation of Incanthera's story due tomorrrow - see today's RNS on the Incanthera site on the LSE bulletin board.

Another valuable post from you about the scientific contribution Prof Sylvane Muller to IMM's principal drug asset, peptide platform P140.

It's her close involvement with IMM as inventor of P140 and Lupuzor, and her eminence in European science that first persuaded to invest in IMM in 2011. her continued close association also keeps me onboard.

Your last 3 posts which provide the background to the RNS today, are indeed highly informative and interesting. Thanks for explaining about the development of peptides in treating auto-immune diseases in general and for the P140 peptide platform in particular. They are very, very helpful for long term shareholders like me who sometimes have depended more on intuition than science for holding on through all the ups and downs of IMM.

I am now well into my eighties and I wonder sometimes if success will come to IMM before I expire!

I don't think you are in a position to lecture people on doing their own research to check on the truth of your unchecked and unresearched statements such as your latest on CNRS and IMM. You should read what is written on this subject in the Immupharma website before opining on this. In it you would have read that Immupharma has exclusive rights to commercialise the CNRS patents. In return, CNRS will receive 12% of Imm's revenue from royalties arising from this effort.

It is also mentioned that a new agreement on collaboration between CNRS and IMM is being discussed.

But you can find this for yourself before making statements on the subject, or are you too lazy?

Flash. It is NOT the case that there are no conditions attached to the exercise of these share options. One of the three conditions is that a commercial of significant value to the company has been achieved. The Remuneration Committee will be the judge of that.
