Hi Flying: Slight adjustment needed to your dividend figure, should be 0.8p not 83p.
“This is one of the most important infrastructure projects of the century,” said Tim Meyerjürgens, chief operating officer at Tennet. He said that the acceleration of offshore grid development was crucial for delivering Europe’s green energy transition.
Added another 500k, bringing their holding up to 22m.
I wonder what way they're gonna vote?
Hi Simple, Yep, exactly what I was thinking.
I see on their website that they produce quarterly updates with Q1 2023 probably due to land. It will be interesting to read their take on this situation (If they include HUR in that update).
Their updates are under "Our Proposition" on the home page

I only frequent this board so wondering what the general consensus is across other boards? ADVFN, Citywire etc, does anyone here move around and able to give some idea?
For what it's worth I remain unconvinced and will currently be voting no.

Hi Kooba- Taking the lower annual figure of average 5500 barrels a day, that's still 2m barrels over 2023.
Therefore 2m netting $50 a barrel (say average) =$100m or £80m = 4.5pps
If they're still pumping at 7700 barrels per day that's 10 weeks exactly for 540,000 (tanker load).
52 weeks in a year, 5x loads at a penny per share per load.
Maybe I've missed something as I'm busy with other things, so forgive me if I've said something stupid
Well I personally think that's pessimistic, but what do I know.
As things currently stand with the limited information we've been given it's a NO from me, you say you've jumped ship?
Hi Simple.
Can I throw that right back at you, where am I wrong re my basic calc at 11.56?
Hi Kooba, nice to see you over here.
We are currently sitting on around 6pps, with 1pps additionally for each lift (next due right at the end of April). Am I right in thinking there is also 1pps held in escrow?
If we only had another 4x lifts till the end of this year we could have 11/12pps anyway, with possibly more to come next year i.e 2024 for 12pps, NOT 2026 .
I would rather take my chances and wait.
I think it's a great idea setting up the online file to try and establish where we might stand given a vote. However with various people's confusion regarding the "000's" might it be another idea for one of us that we trust (Senseman, Gazelleman) to set up an email account where we can all submit our holdings accurately. That said person could report back on a daily basis as to where we are. Where people wish to remain anonymous they could except to that person collating.
Just a thought.
There are a couple of contributors claiming holdings of over 20m shares on the Excel file, I hope that's correct?
Something seems to have gone wrong with the totals portion of the file.

Hi Cloud. That's a very good point. Mt early bought shares were within my ISA account but stand me in an average of around 27p. My normal shares trading account where the majority of my shares reside average around 9p. I need (before tax) around 12p just to break even. There's 10 years of my life I'm not getting back
