No that is incorrect strongboes - no one said the licence would be here yesterday especially me! - what I said was that ANRM have the extra days added to the 30 in their "legal term" if the contract needed slightly altering.

ANRM as every RomGov dept. are supposed to turn around documents in the legal term (30 working days plus public hols) - they may not of course!

They only get the full "legal term" again if the contracts need to be completely resubmitted, which based on the last RNS was not the case!

They have to be released this week - maybe they are waiting for something to be completed?

Dodge BPPM has always been unique - I am 100% confident we will get the licence soon and I am not saying it isn't important as it plainly is to the market.

It is not the company maker it used to be though and it has not and will not stop VAST developing.

It is not the timescale to me, it is worth the wait for financial reasons as it is such a bargain, I am just getting tired of the process.

AP will never let it go, so don't worry we will not move on until the licence is nailed on to the wall in AP's office :-)

The length of time VAST is taking I hope Ferrari will start making mobility vehicles - cos I will be so old that will be the only option.

There is a video of the Singer DLS at Goodwood and it looks a bit leery for a road car, the first one was more like it for me - only £500k though, so will have to wait till VAST is 5p next year!

Porsche won't let you have a GT2/3 unless you have bought a few cars off them apparently - that rules me out ;-)

I prefer the older ones in any case - let someone else cop for the depreciation I try to buy at the bottom of the value cycle - mind you the GT's don't depreciate do they!

I am not sure the alluvial diamonds are exhausted I don't believe the original licence we had was ever properly explored and there could be still many alluvials left - the miners who followed us were shysters who just dug up the easy stuff - the claim areas are large and I doubt they have been fully explored.
Having said that I am sure AP can find a miner with the expertise to develop the areas that contain diamonds in the hard rock.

It looks like Anjin will get back their mining licence back so there is always the possibility we will have our original licence returned to VAST and if LOM is 40 years there must be plenty of diamonds left to mine.

Lots bought stock in the .3's but many bought in the 1p+ range also - if we get lots of good news post BPL then there will be sellers but new money comes in.
IMO the problem at the moment is that it's not, its basically the same holders topping up when they can and sadly until we get the bloody licence it will continue.
Anyway it must come soon even ANRM sign things off eventually.........

The thing is VM investors want to have the best info about the possible date of the licence being signed off - now you may not think speculating about the date is helpful but most will.

Of course any date is speculation as was AP's technical "legal term" date of the 18th as there was a small problem with the contract, so no one knows (inc. the VAST BoD), added to that it depends on ANRM being able to complete the work they need to do on time.

So any date is not written in stone is it? and should be viewed in that way.

strongboes IMO it's not going to be a 30 day delay - I asked AP about the process a while ago - If the contracts are to be rewritten then the timescale of 30 days is reset, however if ANRM request a small change the days taken to rectify the contracts are just added on to the original "legal Term".

From the RNS today, the BoD confirm "they do not anticipate that this will cause any significant delay" - OK that is open to interpretation, but IMO that is a few days maybe a week not (possibly) 6 weeks+.

So as I said previously around Tuesday is the end of the new legal term based on the dates outlined on the RNS IMO.
