I agree Pepco - Baita SA have completed their responsibility and have been paid - ANRM is only compliance - another small delay which no matter how irritating will not stop ANRM approving the association.
RomGov/Baita SA want this so ANRM will approve in their good time.

You buy an asset develop it make 1000% - thats what AP is doing but it takes time.
In the jurisdictions we operate in the opportunities are massive, now is not the time for consolidation and if you want that you're in the wrong company IMO.

Chuck Rom will be sorted - they are still in the Soviet era - time stands still they don't "get" capitalism in any way. Looks like it will change soon though.

The thing about the Red Mercury Marange concession is that it is not controlled by the ZimGov it's controlled by the tribes so I think it will be mutually beneficial and Mnangagwa has given his consent - so it's pretty safe.

Chuck - look at the history of VAST back to 2006 - IF our licences were not stolen by Mugabe - VAST/ACR would be a mid tier mining company now - peak production on OUR licences were 17 mil carats at $85 per carat - per annum FFS

2P IMO, VAST needs to acquire as many assets as possible whilst the time is good,even if we have to JV parts of the assets, or place - acquisition is king! - we are in a window of opportunity in 2 years it will be gone.

2P - this is a normal way of expressing share "headroom", they have asked for us to give headroom for £850k shs at "nominal" value - from proxy form "up to an aggregate nominal amount of £850,000" - nominal value is .1p so that equates to 850 mil shs as outlined in the Chairman's statement about 15% dilution if used in total.

They won't be placing at .57 IMO Fantasy the AGM is 22 October we will have BP by then and maybe Marange in the bag - AP does his best - cos he needs it more (personally and professionally) - just to be right - just to prove he can - super entrepreneur - not many in his position - seriously well connected in Rom and Zim with access to cash.:-)
