What can they say - the joint application is still going through the process - maybe there was a small delay?

Dodge we saw why it took time Baita SA wanted more and it had to be negotiated, I think they see VAST as an endless cash cow and to them we are!. AP has gone to the top to get BP licence and is now an adviser to the RomGov.

They probably need VAST for Remin so it works both ways - maybe AP told them we want BP licence if you want us to do Remin with you?

BPPM is still important even if to prove to some and the idiot market AP can do the business in Rom (which as we discussed IMO is an incorrect proposition).

Anyway I am still 100% confident we will get and soon.

ORT - I agree and that statement was probably before VAST acquired Maniala and at that point BPPM would have been a model for Remin mines, but we now have successfully operated and improved Manaila for 2+ years so we have a model for Remin.

The history of BPPM is complex and unique - you do not seem to understand why BP is unique - the fact the mine was bought out of liquidation and then the fact the licence was t/f to Baita SA by the RomGov for safe keeping whilst the liquidation process was completed and AP's various attempts to get it back - if you do not see this is different from Remin you do not understand the situation!

BP has no bearing on Remin - we still have exclusivity on that and the Mercuria deal is also non dependent on BPPM licence (AP chose not to take T2 until it's sorted for added security).

The BPPM licence has absolutely no bearing on us getting other license in Romania.

ontarget - that is the whole point which some on this BB fail to grasp BPPM licence is NOT like any of the other Romanian assets - it is UNIQUE and has never been done in Rom before and has no bearing on anything else in Rom - we have be granted several licences for other assets - Manaila/Zagra/BPPM tailings DYOR - actually do some don't rely on others!

Just underlines VAST is not a one trick (BP) pony doesn't it Pepco. Shame the market doesn't get it - there may be opportunities to buy cheap shs in the next few days if the licence doesn't come tomorrow, or not!

I agree Carrefour, in the future the BoD may elect to consolidate but they are so busy growing the company right now and there are more pressing matters to deal with.

II's prefer a higher s/p etc., the market looks at asset value compared with MC, once we get something concrete on BP/Marange/Zagra we will move up.

I remember it very well I thought we were just about to get the BP licence - Oh how things have changed :-)

Carrefour - the s/p peaked at 2.25p and the company is in a far better position now IMO.

MC then was then around £33mil and is £31mil today.

The BPPM licence is an active mining licence issued to Baita SA and is on ANRM - VAST is getting an association to that licence to mine BPPM - there will be no confirmation from ANRM publically only to VAST/Baita SA by letter

It will not go to legal action, IMO it will come before that, no one wants it.
