Fantasy - I am not ramping - the previous claims VAST held produces $15bn according to Mugabe Wiki says peak production was 17 million carats per annum - the current one is potentially as large - 5p is not a ramp it's conservative IMO

5p is not a dream it is very possible - Marange alone could do that.

AP is the perfect match for my AIM investment - highly experienced, super entrepreneurial, basically high reward with minimum risk - it's a judgement call - I have made it my business to get to know AP and I trust him.

Fantasy - AIM minnows are their to acquire assets and build, exactly what AP is doing - no results? - come one Marange/Zagra/Manaila/Eureka - these are results - not profitable yet but if you buy into an AIM miner you want exactly what AP delivers - WORLD CLASS ASSETS

Busta/prem - OK AP was far too ambitious on timescales - but... we are there days away, now is not the time to bail IMO.

BPPM $60+ mil worth of mine, (based on cost of build today), NPV $100 mil easy, cost under $10 mil - logically 3.5 year wait is worth it.

AP has acquired several great assets during his tenure and is building a great company IMO.

Traders trade, investors invest, IMO give it a bit more time we are nearly there.

Rather than give half of Marange away I would prefer a reasonable placing any day.

The "licences" referred to are presumably the various metals Baita SA holds a licence to extract - Molybdenum, polymetallic ore, Tungsten etc. if you check out the ANRM website the "licences" are listed separately.

AP is highly aware of the effect of dilution, I am sure he will make the correct decisions in the shareholders interest.

We also have the £2mil available for the warrants which need to be exercised before June 31 2019 if the s/p moves up this cash should come in.

90 mil is correct jeffa, I still believe we will get the BP licence very soon and will draw down Mercuria T2, which should alleviate Rom cash needs?.

We will find out more regarding funding when we see the AGM resolutions. I am not concerned about dilution as long as it provides greater value than it costs us.

We will need to fund Marange/Zagra/Remin etc. depends on how much we give away (in JV's/equity) to fund them or how much we pay by placings. However a few mil now will make possibly £100's mil in the future

Morning NH/everyone - to be clear NH, I did not say we didn't need BPPM, I said it is not as important as it was 3.5 years ago and not the company maker it once was, which I stand by.

Also, AP has confirmed there is no condition in the contract for Mercuria T2 being taken which is dependent on VAST acquiring the BP licence - he said they preferred not to take it until the licence was sorted to be doubly sure they can maintain the debt payments, which are based solely on Manaila production.

I gather ANRM are very busy - they are responsible for all minerals and other natural resources including oil and oil is way bigger than a mine like BPPM to them right now.
