Deaf....I don't think anyone can blame current bod members....its not their mess.....they are just sorting out..previous management mess.....

There are rules....if they don't say something..on sharecalls or rns....its most likely..they are not allowed to...to be honest...in some cases...even they would be baffled...they wouldn't even know the answer..

Example...

In last sharecall...it was asked what share percentage does ppp hold in texas....the guy..had no clue...he was clueless....and to be honest it's not his fault..he just didn't know...even most of us didn't....

Hepran....this is all confusing..there is no way we can suss any of this out...must have been difficult for even ex and current directors....lunn did say when he was on bod...that it was so complicated to outlined who owed what shares...including some of current and ex directors and or bod members there was about and most likely still some 4/5 different vehicles owning shares in ppp....what made it further complicated in my view...is them lent shares...if I am correct...some 50m shares were lent out...or atleast we were told they was lent out...in June July 2023 they did a placing at 2p...6m and 9m shares.......this changed to 5.8m and 9.2m....higher amount being lent out by major shareholders...chances are very high..that Jessie took part in this placing....but for some reason was not given his shares....he had to splash around £120k.....key point here....this is exact same amount to this last placing done in late 2024 ie 1m shares at 12p = £120k....

Something don't add up....

Has Jessie taken part in 2 different placings...valued at £240k....?...if so why would he take part in this second placing if he was messed around in 1st placing?....

Can it be...they tried to settle the books with him..by giving him 1m shares at 12p....I can't see this happening as he would lose out...( less shares )...

Or it could be 12p placee us total different person to Jessie..imo most likely....

Another thing....I think it was in last rns...it was mentioned...TOM EVANS 4.5m shares will be held back....was it TOM who promised to lend his shares...but never delivered? ....looks like it..but it's not a given....in total....as said be4 50m odd shares were lent out...

One crucial point....in one of sharecalls..stinks said clearly....we will not come out of suspension until everyone owed shares has them....so they can hold or sell their shares like everyone else.......at the time I thought he was talking about all them major shareholders ie directors etc..now after seeing Jessie being messed around....questions becomes are there any other Jessie's out there if so how many.....if I was to guess maybe another 1 or 2 if at all.

Bottomline....we can only speculate......thats all it will be speculation.....its best to leave it to spink and crew.....atleast where ever possible.....they are keeping us up to date..,so.....let's hope all of this is sorted out asap...and we start to trade again...

Do bit of research...its not difficult....today's rns clearly states Nov 2023....this time period is well be4 most of us...including me invested on back of transformational rns in July 2024...

In 2023...shares were lent by previous major shareholders to bail company out....it should be noted....it was not in Nov 2023...but mid 2023....but due to corrupt previous bod...I have a feeling they dragged it out....and never gave shares on time...

There are more questions than answers.....I have no doubt this dragged out suspension is due to current bod sorting all this mess out...it looks like it's more complicated than our eyes can see...fca most probably wants all this sorted be4 trading resumes imo rightly so...

It should be noted...12p and 6p raises after suspension in 2024....were different altogether....

Back in Nov 2023 Chalk Talk #1H went into production...at peak it produced 410bopd...this dropped to around 161bopd....then after few mths dropped further to 50bopd due to problems..

Key here when all was going well...flow rates were good.....they was also working to get chalk talk #4H online....its from here things started to go wrong ......it could be they had funding issues ......

Then July 2024 ... GV so called transformational deal was announced....12.5%/10% royalty deal....

Rest us history..600m shares exchanged hands....12.5p seen intraday ...from lows of under 1p fews days earlier...

12.5% of let's say 400bopd = 50 .... x 4 ( 4 wells ) = 200bopd....200bopd x $75 x 350 = $5m per year....free for 30 yrs.....this is assuming we stay at 400bopd through out .... which we all know isn't possible....nevertheless uts best case scenario....no wonder why market went crazy....

I had always believed that deal was in best interest of GV...it was a win win for us aswell because we had funding issues....we had no monies extracting the oil out....

Forget 12.5% let's put the numbers together for 51% current deal...just on Chalk Talk #1H we are looking at..... 400bopd x 51% = 204bopd for us.....WAKE up and see the difference....just from one well we can be getting $5m+ per annum at 204bopd our share at oil price of $70 per barrel ...

No wonder why lunn is happy to write off our debt of $5m for a stake in texas......and more importantly no wonder why RMD is willing to put up money at front to help us....POTENTIAL is huge in TEXAS.....

Deal announced yesterday is far better than the GV deal....over x4 .... we will need further details as to how this deal is structured.....but I am happy with the start...happy days...

Then bring other assets online.....Ukraine/Poland....USA/ CANADA etc.....no brainer if u ask me...

Last point...we had touched £1.10 per share after ipo...mc went over £80m at one stage....no reason we can not see something similar in future with more assets in our portfolio....

Forget £1 forget 50p forget 30p or 20p even 10p...just be glad we didn't go in administration and even if you get back 5p ...just be thankful and greatful....

I am happy to see positive progress being made by current bod....and will let the market decide where we go on return.....if anything like pre-suspension......then expect FIREWORKS...trolls and shorters won't have anywhere to hide....

Last rns they gave last week...could have EASILY ... given us MASSIVE BLUE DAY..shame we was suspended...

Today's rns..is another no brai er..and would have gone well with the market..and we would have had another MASSIVE BLUE DAY...again shame we are suspended....

Good thing...ground is being set....for MASSIVE CORRECTION on return.....only problem is we have been suspended for too long...some might just sell because they need the money after all this time...not their fault.......overall....investors and traders should be all over this imo....

VOLATILE it will be YES...new RECORD on VOLUME front most likely on DAY1 of return....

On return of after suspension....those who want to sell...just sell and be glad you got something back ..at...one stage it was looking like everything was lost...so be greatful.

I can promise you I saw many trolls on this board from the rise from 1p to 12p....many walked away with 1 bag 2 bags 5 bags some maybe 10 bags plus...each time trolls were saying pump and pump ..steam will finish ...crash is coming etc etc....shorters were shorting....but ppp kept giving and giving....even after suspension...folks were interested one particular dude paid 12p...

Point of note....trolls can troll.....pumpers can pump....in end what maters the most is how market sees it......market was just simply loving ppp be4 suspension....record after record broken....demand exceeding supply by a mile...

From what we saw be4 suspension...imo...those who sell their shares will be swallowed up in quick succession...mm's are cunning....even if they have to manufacture false drop or rise they will...they are known for their manipulation....just look at the charts...and see what they did in here at aronund 2.5p....after they played their games....almost instant 200 / 300 percentage of points rise.....games games games...

If lunn is happy with 50% stake in texas in exchange for $5m .... then we should also be happy with 50% stake in texas .... there is great value in them HILLS....and now...it seems....texas is just an extra bonus ......that will just be secondary asset.....our primary right now is set to be in ukraine.....beware.....even Ukraine might get lower on the list...if and when other assets ....in USA and CANADA come on line...

No one knows...what's around the corner.....but it looks much brighter than few months ago...

Yesterday it was all positive ... everyone happy..possibly bar from one who seem to be gone (banned) most were excited ...no trolling no none-sense....TEXAS back on card...A BIG GREEN BOX TICKED...

Today....another BIG GREEN BOX TICKED..interims are out....be reminded only few days ago a MAJOR MAJOR stumbling block I.e accounts/audits were published...BIG BIG GREEN BOX TICKED...

These GREEN BOXES are being TICKED off one by one...soon or later all of them GREEN BOXES will be TICKED OFF.....suspension will be lifted......trading will resume as per normal...those who will want to sell..can sell..those who will want to BUY will be able to BUY...no point creating negativity or bashing a stock which isn't tradeable....I mean take this as an example...

For almost 20 odd mths there has been too much NEGATIVITY bar from few glimpses of HOPE/POSITIVITY mainly it's been BAD/NEGATIVE...most wanting to exit more or less straight away if and when this got re-lisited.....the result would have been RETRACE in shareprice albeit temporarily imo......but.....just imagine if we opened and suspension was lifted yesterday after that TEXAS news....I wouldn't have been surprised to see a BIG BLUE DAY...all of that 20 mth negativity gone straight in the bin...

Ppl need to give this new team a chance...they are clearing mess which was left by previous management...suspension after suspension under them...3 times in trot...if nothing else current bod members are wanting to start from clean chit...resolve all issues for once and all..no more of this suspension every year...

Yes its frustrating having HOPES built up and then letting us down.....I rather have few frustrating weeks or mths than having to see my hard money lost or gone forever...most of us had given up on this..others have been patient....some just being nuisance for some kind of hidden agenda .... in end what matters most.....is us coming back with a BIG BANG/BOOM 💥💥💥💥💥

There is no issue in asking questions regarding genuine concerns....thats the whole point of theses bb's...discuss and debate....there are many who jump upon some who have genuine concerns....and others who simply are trolling and causing/creating negativity....I try to stay out of these spats..I am holder yet don't post much I mean what's the point..when you see so much negativity by holders and non holders alike...

To genuine holders have your spats..you most probably have another few wks....just make sure you are fresh and ready when we return....we need to be on the ball on roll from onset......our main culprit will be mm's and Mr TROL on resumption....just be prepared for them when we come back..
