It surprises me...to see so many so called shareholders ... complaining and moaning about long suspension. ...then go out of the way to pro-long it...couldn't make it up...

So it's a WIN WIN situation for RMD ... whether we list again or go in administrative.....well spotted...

For us retail shareholders...its ONLY A WIN if we relist....and SHARE RMD winnings with ourselves.....they WIN we WIN...

Grand Chief has an ave of 3p+ on these cln's...has taken massive risk with almost £1m cash....he has made it clear he is here for the long haul.....he is a BILLIONAIRE...making £1m £2m £3m £5m....is hardly worth it for him......even at 30p he will make x10 ie £30m.....for him its still lose change.....so good luck to him...

Well...global was happy to pay petroquest $5m ... for 87.5% stake......before suspension...they clearly saw value...as did pennpetro investors/shareholders....hence...the HYPE the EXCITEMENT the THRILL...every ick and Harry wanted these shares....result was..mm's were short..,DEMAND went through the SKY....that was good..

But..

What we have now is better...why?....well do the maths.....this new team have paid off petroquest their debt of $5M in the way of writing it of...in exchange of giving away...not 87.5% but only 49%....we retain 51% instead of 12.5%....

Who is the real winner here.....???.....well yes petroquest has come better of...as have pennpetro...only losers are global.....

There is lots of GOLD in way of OIL..in them texan HILLS....hence why all the interest....we thanks to GRAND CHIEF are in far better place now than pre-suspension......I rather have a stake which is x4 in texas and being diluted slightly than small stake of only 12.5%....

Obviously...alongside...global and petroquest...GRAND CHIEF also sees great value in TEXAS...hence money coming from him..to unlock the assets there....he after all is a BUSINESSMAN.....he is shrewd investor.....likes WINNING.. ..likes seeing his p/f growing....he did not fluke by becoming MULTIBILLIONAIRE overnight.....he has a STRATEGY...a winning one...

We should indeed be ever greatful having him on board....

Well let's put things in prospective...

At 400bopd-1000bopd over 2 to say 4 wells in Texas...can generate...in region of ....

400 x $70 ( price of oil ) x 30 = $840000 per mth to 1000 x $70 x 30 = $2.1m per mth

Petroquest take 49% leaves us with 51%....let's say 50/50 foe easier calculations...

Petroquest and us walk away with roughly between $420k-$1.05m per mth each...that equates to $5m-$12.5m per year each....more wells more revenue....now look at what....all the fuss was about pre-suspension....

Pre-suspension...transformational rns..royalties of around 10%-12.5% was mentioned...which would have been divided by...12.5% us 87.5% global vision...

Using same figures as above...400bopd-1000bopd....that would equate to

$105k to us and $735k to global per mth....or $1.26m for us vs $8.82m to global per year...

For those who are critical of current bod....think rationally....

We went mental trading in here...x6 shares in issue were traded....thats 600m shares traded...shares peaked yo 12p from around 0.5p mark......if you do the maths....we have much better deal now than we did back then ( pre-suspension )....

Ppl talk of dilution.. ....but do not understand the risk this current investor as in CHIEF has taken....put in context.....our returns over time will be many times over just in TEXAS than we would have ever got under GLOBAL..so instead of slaying current team....we should be backing current team 100% ....

TEXAS is just the start...icing on the cake.....just wait and see...how this team delivers via other MAJOR PROJECTS....

Show bit of faith and confidence in current team......their interest are aligned with us.....biggest losers if they don't or can't pull this of..will be these Three Musketeers imo especially the CHIEF with his backing of almost £1m thus far...other bod members are also set to lose...as they are taking wages in way of shares...

They the team at pennpetro are working tirelessly around the clock...do not underestimate their work ethics or trying to create shareholders value for us all...in the same sharecall it was said...

If we was to produce 500bopd (hopefully a hint what's to come in texas) that would equate to PEANUTS compared to assets/projects being looked into....again wake up and see TRUE POTENTIAL in here....forget 500bopd....they most likely are working towards good few THOUSANDS bopd across few projects....

I have seen company mc's reach £30m £40m £50m on next to no production or on just thinair.....forget other HUGE projects ASSETS being sought...just imagine...few wells in TEXAS producing 300bopd 400bopd 500bopd....

This indeed can be BIG..no I mean HUGE....just need to give current team time ..... it was also said in sharecall...once licence issuecis sorted we could be producing within 6 weeks....read that again...6 WEEKS.......previous management discarded these wells..nothing done..no revenues..no production for months in end....these lot just need 6 WEEKS...it goes to show..if you have a TRUST WORTHY team and backing of some BILLIONAIRE anything is possible in short time of space....

A point of note..

Richard in sharecall said something to the effect...Grand CHIEFS contacts.....their are some areas in Canada which are not allowed to outside world for investment purposes.. .due to his indigenous connection/trust...so many doors can be opened which would otherwise be closed...let this sink in.....huge resources are being waited to be tapped into...andcthe man at forefront to unlock them seems to be no other than our £BILLIONAIRE CHIEF..

Well it doesn't take a genius to work the reasons behind continuous delays/suspension...

I mean if so many are trying thier upmost best to discredit this new management team and becoming an obstacle...them who do you blame...maybe one should look at themselves in a mirror and ask themselves of their motives...

It's simple...vote YES...see return to trading asap....vote NO ... see more delays....time energy and cash wasted on unnecessary quralls..and possible risk of administration....

Those who wish to see thus return asap...then press the YES button...let trading resume so they can sell at first given opportunity.....mind you...imo those who hold onto their shareholdings will reap biggest REWARDS...

Grand chief wants POUNDS not petty pennies...one thing for sure he seems stubborn and is patient as anything...he will take what takes to create VALUE in here no matter what....the guy has almost invested £1m during one of toughest times in ppp's history if not the toughest.....just imagine the goods he comes with in GOOD TIMES....

Hopefully huge RE-RATE on cards in wks/mths after RESUMPTION of trading....

Life is not just about wealth...health is more crucial....without health ..wealth is nothing...

I see many trolling this share infact...trolls are seen on all shares...question is ...is it worth it, what do these ppl gain....what trolls don't realise ..life is too short....ones energy should be put to good use..if one can not contribute anything positive then best to be quiet....the time and energy wasted on trolling can easily be put to good practise ie spend it with loved ones....life is a test...try to pass it....time to our patience is testing...sometimes our wealth is then away othertimes one is tested with health issues etc etc...key is getting through it with faith/conviction...and standing by one another at tough/challenging times....

Take ppp as an example...its on life support machine...there are some who are praying/wishing to healthy return...like grand chief who is putting his wealth where his mouth is..at his age he doesn't have to do it..yet he selects to..,why?....well maybe he wants to secures future of his loved ones his community..which is fine will all want protection safety security for our families and friends..he is no different...at his age and after many success stories infact near 100% record success..last thing he would want is to back a losing horse...good for him and us loyal shareholders who are backing current bod members........on otherside you have some who just want to take this life support machine off they want to starve it..they are reducing the oxygen levels slowly slowly...they could not wait to see demise of ppp....

Remember life is short just enjoy it whilst you can.....what goes around cones around...

At times there seems to be too much negativity down here....its always been said..nothing wrong with genuine concerns....thats our right...its our hard earned monies that's been stuck in here for 20mths+....

Rather than being negative and critical all the time....one should bring fwd some sensible suggestions/solutions....if they can't..then it's best to let this new bod get on with it...

I for one don't condone what's happened or is happening in here 100%...but there isn't much I or anyone can do....I have where ever possible shown my frustration and concerns directly to bod via emails at same time wishing them luck going fwd....

Whether we like it or not...all of us are in this together bar shorters....so it's best to work together not against each other.....

We are all waiting for thali news....once approvals are in place and confirmed....this will be one of most sought after shares on aim....huge re-rate on the cards...

Do not fall for distraction of the so called new blocks.....yes its good to have more blocks in p/f and it could do wonders to our shareprice..but be reminded...our sole focus right now should be thali...thats where the real money is....thats where we are aiming for short term production.....

If I had it my way....I would do an open offer....and offer shares to current loyal patient shareholders at an PREMIUM....I mean if some dude was happy to pay £120k for 1m shares at 12p...I am sure after seeing all this latest shenanigans by certain so called shareholders and some absolute giveaway shares at 2.2p....many would pay a slight premium....I tell you what I would......i rather if we raised at decent levels....and payback RMD it's £825k with interest....this would in my opinion go very well .... especially when it would mean..hurting shorters big time....

Ok sod 10p 12p....even if we were offered shares at 5p 6p....let's say 1 for 1..that would raise something like £6m....RMD £825k....taken care of...plenty left over...

BUT ...

We do not live in an ideal world....

It's always guys at the top...who seem to reap most of rewards at shareholders expense...ppp shareholders are not the first nor will they be the last victims....imo...the likes of RMD etc...know there is so much monies to be made here...hence they are throwing fair amount at a company which could go bust/in admin....

From where I am sitting...the likes of RMD etc..have nothing to lose...just like lunn took away 49% of texas they (RMD) could easily walk away with some percentage of texas asset I return for their stake of £825k....bottom line is....us shareholders don't have much to go on...but to support the current bod....its simple....if they WIN we WIN with them....one thing for sure...if this goes to ADMIN...which it most probably will if they don't get their votes unless their is a drastic change of plans...the BIGGEST LOSERS...will be us shareholders walking away with nothing......

My vote was a YES....and it will stay that way....

For those voting NO ... its their call....they will have their reasons...

I just hope all these spats/arguments are all over and done with when we resume TRADING....have a dig at one another whilst we are suspended...save POSITIVE ENERGY for resumption of trading.....just like it was pre-suspension....

My yes votes have been casted...

I don't like the fact this last cln3....was done at 2.2p...but...it is what is......RMD have taken a big risk/punt....so let them enjoy the REWARDS....their ave is 3.03p with £825k invested....at worst they will want their monies back..ie minimum 3.03p shareprice.....for some reason I don't think they are here for short-term....imo they will want to see substantial returns...good luck to them...

3p minimum to let's say 5p 10p 15p 20p 25p etc in few mths....is better than nothing.....something always beats nothing....

We all know this will be volatile when we start to trade again...whenever that maybe...in end market will decide ppp's true value....few transformational projects alongside texas could go down very well with investors.....

In last rns..it clearly states...our aim to drill njom-3 is later in 2026...Q3 is not ruled out..so why some folks are mentioning Admarine 501 moving etc is beyond m....at earliest we are looking at Q3.....not anytime soon....

Let Admarine 501 drill for Addax ..maybe after them it could be us..using same rig....if not Admarine 501...then as alluded to..their are plenty of other options available...

Our main problem was and had always been funds not the rig.....PRIME jv has sorted that issue out....all we await for now is...licence/farmout approval....imo...that rns is the one everyone is waiting for...,when that rns drops..that will be the start of rerate..ie transformational period starts....

With or without RNS FRIDAY..I see us reaching new HIGHS ...on FRIDAY...

If we do get ... RNS on FRIDAY...all is well...could see 50%-200% ...RISE...

It depends on what time TOWER informed...it could be they don't get to know until later....possibly over the weekend or early next week....if no rns on FRIDAY...many will PILE IN ....in anticipation......it will give us HIGHER ...platform to LAUNCH from....

Bodes well for us either way...

Friday it will be decided who gets new blocks..

My money is on TOWER along with PRIME as jv partners... getting atleast one of nine blocks ....I also believe if not be4 FRI our thali licence extention and prime farmout will be approved on FRI...

Market will be informed either sometime on FRI..or most likely early NEXT WEEK possibly early as MON..

Risks are there.....so are the REWARDS.....

Imo one of BIGGEST MULTIBAGGERS awaits us..

Play your cards right....SKY WILL BE THE LIMIT...

In my mind question is not if we will get this long awaited extension of licence and approval of farmout with prime...but when will we get them...

Key date = 24th April.....thats when it will be decided who gets new blocks....imo we will get new block/s with prime being our jv partner.....I hope before announcement of new block/s...we get extention/approval re-thali.....

I don't mind seeing 50%-200% rise on first rns re thali.....then another 50%-100% on 2nd rns re new block....if get really lucky..we could get 3rd rns...re Namibia approvals....which could see us hit around 0.10-0.15....
