You ask .... why did would harlequin invest $25m in £20000 asset ( £7m company )...

Well if you look at ggp .. they bought havieron from a major for only few £100k's .... for that major only to buy back stake in same asset/company for many £millions....look at ggp today...that small value asset was a beginning of ££billion dollar company...

You say this is 1000/1 shot......look at ggp/havieron....that most probably was at worse odds...in end what counts ..is what's in the ground......until hussar is drilled and results confirmed no-one knows.....one thing for sure...just on speculations and rumours alone ...this could near £80m-£100m mc during drilling of hussar. After all hussar if successful could be valued at some £50billion+...

From where I am sitting.....risk is very very low......one of biggest winners alongside us shareholders will be harlequin on hussar success....$25m well spent I say....

You say why...no funding rns be4 rig contract....well...obviously you haven't been reading last 6mths or so worth of rns's...I suggest you read them.....if you want i can ask the company to book a seat for you when they are negotiating deals so u can see what's being discussed at 1st hand...

Re-rig confirmation/contract...its still not too late....we can still get confirmation early next week...

Just remember ...hard graft...is out of the way....funding is sorted ... approval Done and dusted ... we just await formal confirmation of rig signed....once that lands..thats when real rise/correction should start...

We had choice of 4 rigs....one of which we could already have signed up.....key thing to remember...q3 isn't far....by spud date..we should be at multiple of current shareprice..

Just a reminder....shares in issue = 127m....not billions like some companies have...

I 1st started to buy these around 12p mark...there was great buzz at the time...but delays after delays etc got better of us....hence where we are today around 6p/7p...

The good thing is...the team at gex has worked hard and have got us to where we are today...on three different projects...we are in much better shape now then when this ipo'ed and almost hit 20p...

This share at times is very very difficult to BUY....hence why we have seen this shoot up dramatically at times...its only thanks to thus seller many have been able to top up at low price..it seems this seller has finished ( not given, we await and see, little left of their selling will be raken care of hungry buyers imo at current low price )...

Buzz at around ipo time was great...but excitement leading upto and during hussar drill will be to next level...my guess we could easily be trading in 20p's if not more ( conservative ) be4 spud...at 25p mc would be £25m...still very very low imo be4 spudding of hussar imo...

Then depending on results this could end up in £'s many £'s RKH style...there it went from 5p or so to £5+....

These small gains are laughable at times compared to what's to come....

Gex will be volatile both ways up and down....generally imo we will be heading upwards towards and beyond 20p first stop...real gains to be made in late q2 early q3...at which point dare I say it..mc could be lot near £100m ( high end of speculation )...= share price of around 80p.....and that would just be the start....from there it would depend on results...on success...£2 £3 £4 £5+..take your pick...

Good thing when buying early one can derisk on the way up...especially be4 results...leaving freebies...

Whilst many are waiting for assay results from deeps/shallows....just a reminder we start drilling again in approx 6-8 weeks time...

Almost hit 10p few weeks ago..on back of TRANSFORMATIONAL funding of HUSSAR drill ( q3 2026 ) now can pick them up for almost 50% discount...

looks like seller in background..once he is cleared..we should go back NORTHWARDS towards 10p again..and then 20p..

After suspension...whilst we was waiting for audits....some bashers were already stating things like..even if they publish audits..chances are they would be suspended again if interims are not published on time....

I am happy with the way things are progressing ...and interims being published alongside accounts/audit..I feel is a good move...it will remove possible doubts which vould be created by some...

We all know these audits have taken forever....good thing its only matter of few more days/weeks...be4 long awaited suspension is finally lifted....also be reminded ..... lots of work is going on in background.. with regards to acquisition/rto and open offer....

I am expecting few rns's come our way over next few weeks...

Our licence is not mentioned...as its not to be re-issued to someone else...we most likely will get a nod ( extension/approval ) in coming days/weeks..

Many seem to think we won't get extension until cabinet reshuffle has taken place.....my guess only a guess...our renewal is not dependent on cabinet reshuffle..president ( Paul biya) has already given thumbs up for our renewal..its only matter of time imo be4 minmidt gives its approval...

Either way it's too risky being out now....each to their own...

Delay's put investors/traders off....they sell and move on...

Let me remind you guys...of a share I was in few years back....

This particular share had many things in common with trp..delays after delays..,their drill not going ahead as planned...many were patient hoping tide will turn soon..that time never seemed to come...one morning one of most loyal holders had seen/read something negative ( similar to here )...he had sold out millions of his shares..thinking there would be more delays...and he would be able to get in at lower price....whilst at the time i didn't know he was selling because of ultimate shareprice retrace I topped up to max averaging down.....the very next morning in we had rns stating drilling was going ahead....booom....rest was history...in just 4/5 weeks..share price climbed by 500%.....the

Loyal shareholder who had been backing that company for many mths/yrs...missed out..felt sorry for him...this trading on aim can be cruel at times...one thing I have learnt is if u believe and trust your investment..give it time....and have patience..

Trp can have similar fate...everyone is expecting no news and or further delays....one morning they can wake up to big surprise and booom....up we go by triple digit gains...

Drops retraces don't bother me...I usually topup...and take advantage of dips....

I have just checked.....that brh i mentioned....well it dropped to 13p....from there it touched 128p....within 5 weeks...thats bloody 10 BAGS...for TRUE BELIEVERS..who topped up after the drop....

Obviously...one needs to sell on the way up......stupid not to....but those who held ...we're rewarded....

Reason why I mention brh is....demand was similar to here in ppp...if anything I believe ppp DEMAND far EXCEEDED that of brh...

Right now the ball is in BOD's control...deliver ... on this ACQUISITION....WATCH this ROCKET to NEW HIGHS.....

Correction..total shares in issue including be4 open offer shares = 175m roughly not 163m .....after open offer shares = 350m....20p = mc of £70m..,still below previous highs of sone £80m+

It has indeed been long time since we last traded.....many seem to forget what the fuss was about back then...

Having checked again...in them 11 sessions since the so called transformational rns..we traded some 620MILLION shares.....shares in issue was 100m....basically we traded some x6.2 shares in issue in just 11 sessions..,share price peaked from low of 0.55p to 12.40p ( intraday )...

We should not forget this important fact when we come back to trading....DEMAND was to next level..hardly ever seen on main market....

Placings were done at 6p and 12p after suspension....folks were still hungry whilst we were in suspension..,..talk in town was there was many shorts who got caught out including mm's...

Let's talk of dilution....this is what seems to bother many here....

If I remember correctly shares lent out was something like 50m......add to this £500k of 4p cln's ( 12.5m ) add 11m ( on top of my head which were issued during suspension....in total we come to 163m.....

Now we know one offer is coming..1 for 1 basis....at worst let's say....all 163m is taken...that gives us total shares in issue = 326m....

Most of these shares we all know are in/will be in big hands ( founders)....these lot are hardly unlikely to sell imo...apart from few ....

These lot will want some decent returns....hence why imo some superior/advanced acquisitions/projects ars being looked at...

With 326m shares in issue....at 20p....mc would be some £65m...is this achievable?....why not...if I remember correctly...at peak ppp mc was something like £80m+....and now I think we will have better prospects/projects.....dont forget we are on main list...

I am being conservative don't want to get too ahead of ourselves...

Only problem...I can see is possible drop...on open....in this regard I want to give you an example..in a share I was in and what happened there...

I was in brh...they announced special dividend of 42.5p...a day be4 it was about to go x divi..shareprice was 55p......everyone was saying next day it was going to open at 13p...I disagreed I thought that was too low...,anyhow..I had backup plans just incase it did drop by that much...the following morning indeed it open at 13p....every hick and Harry started to pile in at 13p-15p including me...within few sessions it was back upto 25p-30p level....point to note..that share was in demand prior going to ex divi status...hence drop short lived..,

I truly believe if drop was to happen and it was a massive drop...many will pile in...and we could easily finish 30%-100%+ above the lows....

It will really depend on how many hard core believers/investors we have...and also on what open offer price is....and whether it's taken up or not..

One thing for sure 1st day won't be for faint hearted...

If we see any interest like we did be4 suspension...I.e huge volumes...I wouldn't be surprised to see us finish in blue...
