I just say patience....the longer the wait the sweeter the taste....just remember.,..TEXAS has just been pulled up from ashes...everyone gave up on that bar from Affirm bless him...then they have pulled this Ukraine asset from nowhere..and are still looking at few more..in USA CANADA etc......its not like these guys are sitting on their backsides and doing nothing...they are using this suspension time wisely and actually making an effort for us holders so we see value in here...if they wanted to they could have easily walked away....then again to be honest they can not imo let thus go....there are far too many big players in this already..for this to fail.....hence why I think tremendous effort is being made to create significant value for shareholders...( just my opinion )

Yesterday it was all positive ... everyone happy..possibly bar from one who seem to be gone (banned) most were excited ...no trolling no none-sense....TEXAS back on card...A BIG GREEN BOX TICKED...

Today....another BIG GREEN BOX TICKED..interims are out....be reminded only few days ago a MAJOR MAJOR stumbling block I.e accounts/audits were published...BIG BIG GREEN BOX TICKED...

These GREEN BOXES are being TICKED off one by one...soon or later all of them GREEN BOXES will be TICKED OFF.....suspension will be lifted......trading will resume as per normal...those who will want to sell..can sell..those who will want to BUY will be able to BUY...no point creating negativity or bashing a stock which isn't tradeable....I mean take this as an example...

For almost 20 odd mths there has been too much NEGATIVITY bar from few glimpses of HOPE/POSITIVITY mainly it's been BAD/NEGATIVE...most wanting to exit more or less straight away if and when this got re-lisited.....the result would have been RETRACE in shareprice albeit temporarily imo......but.....just imagine if we opened and suspension was lifted yesterday after that TEXAS news....I wouldn't have been surprised to see a BIG BLUE DAY...all of that 20 mth negativity gone straight in the bin...

Ppl need to give this new team a chance...they are clearing mess which was left by previous management...suspension after suspension under them...3 times in trot...if nothing else current bod members are wanting to start from clean chit...resolve all issues for once and all..no more of this suspension every year...

Yes its frustrating having HOPES built up and then letting us down.....I rather have few frustrating weeks or mths than having to see my hard money lost or gone forever...most of us had given up on this..others have been patient....some just being nuisance for some kind of hidden agenda .... in end what matters most.....is us coming back with a BIG BANG/BOOM 💥💥💥💥💥

I myself take the positives from recent rns's...no point quarrelling over negatives....

There is no issue in asking questions regarding genuine concerns....thats the whole point of theses bb's...discuss and debate....there are many who jump upon some who have genuine concerns....and others who simply are trolling and causing/creating negativity....I try to stay out of these spats..I am holder yet don't post much I mean what's the point..when you see so much negativity by holders and non holders alike...

Market likes news....news brings in INVESTORS/TRADERS alike....here at pennpetro we are expecting lots of news in coming weeks and mths...the guy said..we should be In PRODUCTION in few weeks from TEXAS well..which we will clean and re enter...he also mentioned we should get the ball rolling in exciting re entry well in Ukraine in H2 most likely towards the end...which is good enough .....

For these kind of plays...one needs to get in EARLY....for once I am already in EARLY be4 we even start been in early by almost 2 years 😂.......

Joking aside key now is...where do we open....5p 10p more or less....I would be happy with 5p-10p range to start of with and see all of those who have been locked in to sell and move on....hopefully we will see some new faces/INVESTORS..piling in...on this new ppp mk 2 company....

If I am not mistaken the guy said.....initially in the start...the texas well produced 2000bopd it was achieved briefly....but ACHIEVED nevertheless.....from there my understanding was if dropped down to 50bopd to 30bopd etc....

I have seen small cap companies hit mc of £30m £40m £50m etc on very very small bopd in sometimes its been like 10bopd 20bopd etc other times on no FLOW RATES at all.. and their mc flies......question is why...why do mc of these companies sky rocket on low to 0 flow rates...well

Answer is simple.....its called POTENTIAL...

Folks buy on HYPE/POTENTIAL..

With Ukraine TEXAS..CANADA...OTHERS PROJECTS....there will be lots of TALK/HYPE .... I have a feeling this has LEGS....to blow many trolls away when we come back....

Do not underestimate today's news/rns..

Just remember what all the fuss was about in JULY 2024....

We went crazy....I mean CRAZY ....only because global had decided to acquire our acreage in texas in return for royalties of 12.5% for next 30 yrs...

Global gave us a lifeline.....our TEXAS assets were back online..after being almost in non existence due to lack of funds......these assets in texas had us trading over a POUND before things going pear shaped.....many at top level...had confidence.... they had poured in £MILLIONS....they even lent their shares to give this a kick start again....everything they tried seemed to fail....whether it was down to mi's management or lack of funds is anyone's guess....at 1p all seem to be lost..then came a LIFELINE...in form of global deal....this woke the markets up....x5 /×6 shares in issues we're traded in just 11 session ( I think )...it seemed 12.5% royalty was a good deal...free carry....

I am going to be honest....even though I liked the deal...as it a win win for both global and pennpetro...one question remained in back of my head.....if 12.5% royalty can create this buzz and if indeed our assets are worth so much...isn't global coming better of in this deal....I mean we had our market cap near £100m if not higher at one stage ( on top of my head ) without global....so only negative I had was we might be giving away texas wells on the cheap.....also note.....rob menzal came on our bod...he must have seen something....why he resigned is anyone's guess...maybe didn't like the idea of pennpetro taking back texas assets...who knows....

One thing for sure...today's news/rns....is just a start...more info needed.....if RMD are willing to back us all the way in TEXAS....then what we saw pre-suspension on volumes front where well over 600m shares were traded will be the thing of the past....new records could be set...new HIGHS could or rather should be seen....other assets/projects....will be much needed boost to our patience shown in last almost 2 years......

Today's rns has INDEED been welcomed by many...imo rightly so.....CONFIDENCE levels have increased from lows to HIGHS...

It's still early ... we still don't know all the details...but its a good start..

If nothing else....atleast those who were adamant they was going to sell on suspension being lifted will most definitely will be having 2nd thoughts...

Ppl seem to forget.....HUSSAR is HUGE...when rig is contracted and spud date announced/nears current price of 5p would be no-where to be seen imo...

It was only few weeks back when we were sitting at 2.5p...and one rns changed everything .... we almost 3 BAGGED and neared 10p....this is what HYPE and INTERESR does.....what we have seen in way of VOLUMES / DEMAND is nothing compared to what's to come...

I agree with many CTP and it's assets are distraction but at same time an insurance....if CTP and their partners want on board...they must LIKE what they see with gex/HUSSAR/MT WINTER....

Changing nominal value....well that's normal with small cap companies.many do it....that doesn't mean shareprice ever reaches that level....again it's good insurance policy....

Let's see where we are at end of Q2 beginning of Q3 ahead of spudding of HUSSAR....dont listen to trolls they have hidden agenda's....if some genuinely believe this to be too risky/doubtful..then I would suggest stay out until risks are removed....but do take note if and when risks/doubts are re0pmoved ( thats if there are any risks )...shareprice will not be around these levels.....just keep in mind..in only few sessions when many were bashing .. trolls everywhere...we went from 2.5p to almost 10p....

There are lot of traders who ...seem to be stuck/locked in ppp...after 20 odd mths suspension many will be glad to get out of this at first given opportunity...to certain extent ond can not blame them....in general ppp has taken the pi555....but be warned....even though 2p 4p 6p etc is better than 0p MM's will take most to cleaners...they will play the opening few mins/hrs yo their advantage.....they the MM'S are not your friends..they simply don't care about you...after rinsing and loading up imo we will gradually go back back up.

We all knew and one should not forget DEMAND vs supply of this stock....one of reason why we had small 3 tranches of placings just after suspension was due to markets being short....then bod members didn't want to play in markets/shorters hand....their was even a suggestion MM's like peel took part in some of the placings.....if you remember during trading be4 suspension peel was the one holding us back and manipulating this share...all the way from 1.5p onwards...they also made decent amounts trading this...

Then you have hard-core investors....one certain individual even paid 12p for 1m shares (on top of my head)....many were piling in just be4 suspension...demand was to next level here..it was one of most sought share in small cap on lse on very very longtime...volumes simply went through the roof...forget around 1p when all this started...some paid 12p whilst trading...thats x12...

It will certainly be traders vs investors vs MM's when we come back...also don't forget there are some shorters aswell..

Question is what has the management installed for us in way of new acquisitions/projects...and whose hands will all this play in on return....20 mths is longtime...many would have forgotten record volumes seen records broken pre suspension...they would just want to see any kind of returns no matter what..

Ultimately it comes down to TRUST in new bod..and new project/s....key question right now for most...is...do I HOLD or FOLD on lifting of suspension....answer to that I am afraid is hard to guess is maje judgement......this will ve VOLATILE make no mistake about that...imo this will break previous record day on volumes front ( providing all brokers let you trade from offset )

Excluding shorters and mm's......GOODLUCK to both traders and investors...hope to see some good returns on come back for us...

Cash my giro...I didn't mean to say njom3 was risk of all....what I meant was ...buying at back of all the HYPE...point being....many on aim jump from share to share just on hype not doing their own research....they end up chasing rainbows ..end up losing money....its the HYPE one needs to be careful of on a SPIKE....this has nothing to do with njom3....as COS gir that is very HIGH...

In short...buy low....like now.....avoid the traders and herd later who will ultimately

trade this....and sell HIGH

Biggest winners in my view are the ones who can buy and hold for few weeks/mths...not few hrs....those who hold onto and see njom3 gush ( if we gush, high chance we will, still better to derisk some ) will the ones with BIGGEST WIN OF ALL...

On a side note

I was in a share I think it was prem all them donkey years ago....they were trading at like 0.20p i think...done a placing they had transformational rns.......shareprice wasn't budging due to placing shares being cleared....it took ages to clear..buys after buys yet no movement...it was strange....I bought loads at that static shareprice....in few sessions .....the share was trading at 0.70's from 0.20's.....them were the days......we could see something similar repeated in here...providing ..volume/demand/buying pressure is there

When I was in wsbn at 0.135....they did a placing at 0.13p....many took part in that placing.i dont do placings...so I didn't....I didn't let that distract me....many placees were selling on the way up...because of volumes and demand....placees/overhang was got rid of in next to no time....once that was cleared brakes came off.....

I see similar things happening in here once overhang has cleared which it will...it always does..,watch this go....

There is lots of oil in thali....our aim is to get 8000bopd eventually ...thats huge amounts.....and we will be in production within 12mth/18mths....

If cards are played right....we could easily be £200m-£300m mc company in 12mths/18mths time....there are risks involved ...... no reward without any risks..risk at current level of 0.025p per share imo I very very low.....

One mistake many make....is they start chasing spikes.....I mean...let's say....this is at 0.10p on few mths time....who is smart the one who got in at 0.025p or the one who buys at 0.10p on the buzz then......obviously the one in at 0.025 would have played it smart..his patience having paid of.....well for the one buying in at 0.10p...imo he would also make few bags if thali comes in COS us very very high..can not see why not...only difference will be...the one in at 0.025p will make more bags......we will get some buying on hype of njom3 drill results....which I believe will be the riskiest of all...that is the time to derisk... and let some freebies carry over.....then ppl say we got spiked.......its all about strategy.........I say get in at low levels like now...and sell at high levels.......the hardest part is waiting for this to take of ...patience is big thing in aim......we just need the license to go through...which I believe will be be4 March ends...at latest we should here in 1st week of April....then WATCH HER GO...

I don't know what your problem is....if you got hit on wsbn....so did many others....including me...I was in wsbn at 0.135 ( one needs to get in early..so they can derisk later )....I never sold all the way up to 2.30p old money....I only started to sell at 1.07p on the way down...due to loss of trust from bod...my last sell in wsbn was 0.46p...from there it peaked back up above 1p....I don't complain...even though I did make profit...only because i was in at low level....but trust me my paper profit got smashed big time.....by the way I still hold wsbn never sold any in last 2 days....I have no trust in bod anymore that's it...wsbn still can go placings iv played right...but for that to happen bod need to wake up...and think of retail shareholders rather then themselves..

Coming onto trp....as this is trp bb.....

I hope you make up for your losses in wsbn back on here...but please remember aim isn't straight fwd...one needs to be patient....tower has had bad history..,,my view is....thats all behind us now.going fwd...starting from licence being issued .... we should slowly and surely start to move northwards.....from current levels of approx 0.025....to 0.10....thats x3 bags mc of only £40m.....to 0.20p it's x7 mc of £80m....which if we go by some of other plays on aim...is possible in my view before results from njom3 are announced....wsbn hit £70m at peak without assay results....trp can do the same....

Just so you know....I also hold gex...I only say this so you know...because when I started to post on trp..u started to criticise me and started to bash trp....there is nothing wrong with holding more than 1 share...

This means we should get license approval within 2 wks be4 March 2026 ends.

Success...many thought they would never see their monies again..including me...biggest obstacle out if the way now...little one that you mention of RTO...if anything will play in our hand...depending on what assets/projects they acquire....our mc would be lot HIGHER than when we hit suspended..... I for one don't mind if suspension was to drag on for while longer provided we get game changing/transformational acquisition..... which I truly believe we will...too many big boys involved in this..for us not to imo

Now..all in all...I am happy with the way things are progressing under spinks....certain histroic events are/were not in current bods control......what is in their control...is how they take us fwd in positive manner....yes its been frustrating waiting for this suspension to be lifted....where we have waited 20mths...another couple of weeks won't hurt us...
