IMHO tv will pretty much be non-existent in about 5 years. I think that you'll find that something else will replace it. Also have you not noticed that the main terrestrial 'news channels' concentrate on the same garbage, shown in the same order day-in-day-out, the political circus needs them and they are unlikely to be watched voluntarily on a ppv basis. Always remember that Governments hate the populace and see them as tax-slaves. When the need for tax is pretty much gone in around 30 years, unless there is a contrived war to re-start the need for tax, a Government's task will be to keep people busy.
