It took AEX over 2 years to complete the Farm out to the Zubairs. All started around July 2018 and wasn't finished with until about a year ago. I think what colasped the shareprice after the initial spike was the delay in the planned drilling date and the route to first gas. Everybody expected it to happen this year. When it got delayed the market got bored with it. We had better be informed as of the state of play by the 15th Nov the start of the seismic,but since mobilization is said to have began we should really be informed by now. When FJ asked in the telephone interview whether we were funded for the seismic Tom seemed to mutter unconvincingly that we were or at least that is the way I read it, so I believe now we will be busy trying to raise finances at the moment. Otherwise we become a distressed seller. Every morning I keep my eye out for the magical RNS that shoul get us to 2.5p if it is for a reasonable amount ,as in 20-25 million. If they raise for seismic they had better be ready to all the way and leave their new green credentials behind. If it is ARA at the table they should be aware fully of the constraints of time here and work to close the sale agreement pre seismic. Otherwise they should be viewed with suspicion and we should protect ourselves and our liquidity. I think it is possible that they will cover our share temporarily pending a sale which as far as I am concerned would be a risky way to climb into bed with them.

What was it that Scirocco wind that was meant to bring pastures new to us. A warm humid fresh airflow. Sitting around breaking wind is all they are doing. Are we in some secret agreement with a potential buyer,I think not ,since there is no MOU signed granting exclusively to anybody. There is a long way to go yet before the Tanzanian government will give any sale their blessing. ARA will drag this out until drill ready time. Hope I am wrong. Do we really need Gneiss. They are a costly crew of former comrades. Frank needs to get them on the blower again I think.

I remember it spiking on the day with Solo and Aex ,then I think it was short lived and dropped right down a day or two after. I stayed with it and I could have got out on top. Next time I know I will head for the exit??

If the offer is not good enough we will get the same direction of shareprice that AEX got when they farmed out at the best price that they could get. The market was not impressed at the time when the expectation was up to 200 million for the massive asset it was presumed to be.

Time for this board to step up to the mark. They are leaving time pass them by. One AD plant is not good enough and is worth a pittance compared to the rolled out consultancy fees being given to their buddy's

They chose to ignore all e mails with queries from the stakeholders. What money this man has wasted buying up useless assets. It has to be a scam at this stage. A absolute disgrace which he isn't being held accountable for. Sanderson out !!! The sooner the better.

I heard it on that interview.I believed JS said 13 months when he could have said Thirty months. I listened a few times and I still can't make up my mind which he said.

Presumably ARA will be the buyers so they do not have to do any due diligence on the asset whatsoever as they have it already done. They may wish to see the seismic first in order not to over expose themselves to the asset. It is all down to getting permission from the Tanzanian government for the deal and of course the bottom line.Nothing is ever easy in AIM wild west

Not having the pleasure of hearing this interview, am I correct in assuming that Tom Reynolds has stated that they are very close to agreement on sales terms of all Tanzanian assets.

Well said ps, I would prefer to take my punishment now if there is a problem regarding funding instead of another letdown after 2 months extra delay.It is seen to be the most result in AIM.A constant let down.
