The market hasn't been informed,as far as I know,of the Dec 9th Questions and answer session. Until I see notification it has to be presumed it is not going ahead. It is info that should be available to all shareholders.

He has feathered his own nest off the back of UKOGs stakeholders. How many millions has he wasted. How manydrills has he messed up. IMHO he should be investigated by the FCA for his exaggeration of reserves and his purchase of others percentages of HH for many millions when it was in fact fairly worthless after he conducted the drill. He has become a washed up figurehead here when at one time his manner and apparent knowledge in the industry used to impress us. He fools me no more. I would like to see him gone. He has destroyed share value completely and deserves to be shown the door for his performance. I have a .5p average here after averaging constantly down and am unsure now if I will ever see it again soon with him at the helm with his constant cash calls. I will count myself very lucky to get out at anywhere near breakeven. Maybe with Loxley and news from Turkey I could be lucky but the silence speaks for itself. GLALTH

The details of the Q and A session should be announced in an RNS. They should give additional information at the same time of their future plans to the market ,in order to enable them to answer all the questions that they know will be asked of them. It will be all too easy to say they cannot discuss certain topics due to "market sensitive information". Time to come clean on everything this time or they will be held accountable. We have had enough pain here. We take all the risk here.

I would suggest to TR that he take an immediate proactive approach towards shareholders and that he makes this his priority. If a sale is very near and is only a matter of dotting the I's and crossingthe T's , then he needs to state this to the market. I will expect news to filter through this week. If he thinks the minions are only acting up he may be in for quite a surprise.

The board had better take notice and act accordingly or find themselves at the end of a shareholders revolt. The honest interaction has to begin immediately irrespective of their believe in their own strategy.
