We are now in the run up to Christmas which will be transformational for Poolbeg when we can hopefully hear good preliminary results with POLB 001,possible USA funding for 003 and completion of the awaited AI collaboration. Lots of newsflow incoming leading to monetisation from early 2023. Not looking like a binary bet for our flagship product either. GLALTHs

If POLB 001 has worked there could well be an exclusive MOU signed in a race by big Pharma to be first to the trough.

There was media present today at the presentation. Caught a few small pieces of it myself . It was an impressive get together of professional people who have an interest in this infectious disease space. If the P38 blocker olb 001 is shown to be successful in the LPS study it could have many more uses for all type of infection and be a first in its class attracting a lucrative deal with huge royalties going forward. Looking forward to having a closer look at it when it comes online.
Tomorrow is Dec 1st so not long to wait for preliminary results pre Christmas break but anytime from now on is possible.

Another tick in the box and a feather in our cap today with the AI study complete by industry leader Cytoreason who recently signed big contract when they were handpicked by Pfizer's who ensured that they selected the best in the business.

At this stage it must be known if the LPS study has been successful for Poolbeg. Did the sick people show recovery on administration of various doses of the GMP batch of 001 and did the blind study show different recovery rates for those who were administered the dummy product. Weather this will be released in a preliminary results before the Capital markets day on Wednesday will remain to be seen. Looking forward to the presentation to see are we still hyping up our flagship product which at the moment is our greatest shot on goal. I think 003 will soon get non dilutive American funding. Our first deal is perhaps looming with a hopeful bidding war of our big Pharma friends. It could be a good Christmas for us all if this works out the way we hope. GLALTHs

There will probably be an RNS tomorrow morning stating that PSA is signed. Government backing apparently pushing on the delivery of the gas within a year to 18 months. We are along time waiting for this one. I will be taking these out of the bottom drawer after the delay in drilling had them back in there. Another 20% rise will see me back in profit.

If they still promote POLB 001 as our flagship asset we are away at the races. If we read between the lines and the focus is diverted to other assets and too much on AI results we should see the signs as alot of potential partners and II investors will be present.
Might be a bit early for preliminary results of LPS study but if we get a positive signal this will be huge. Weather MMs will let this go beyond Hvivo shareprice will be interesting but they will have no choice. I feel that we will be in line for American grant money, non dilutive for Polb 003 very shortly. Games being played still when there was plenty of demand on the recent tise.

Definitely games being played, buy were outnumbering sell 3:1 here with plenty of demand all last week.

Not to forget. that they share the same heating bill. Separate company's but can call on each others resources, contacts and knowledge when needed. All good and rising tide will float both ships. Poolbegs success will pay dividends for the future planned spin offs from Hvivo. They would have never taken off if Poolbeg was seen as a failure. Our time is coming and thisti quarter has always been given as the timeline for bringing to model to fruition.

IMHO, the lost of the 001 had a certain devaluation effect on OO shareprice at the time. The same will happen when the future planned spin offs happen but hopefully shareholders will share in the upside of the spin off

The POLB 001 and use of the Hvivo data for a period of time were given a valuation of £25m at the IPO time. It remains to be seen if this has become a company maker now for Poolbeg or have we over paid massively.
If our flagship product works out and we get the partner that we are hoping for upon positive LPS study results these spun out products will be a blockbuster and the making of us here and those Hvivo in species shares will get a multi bag return. My money is on the later. GLALTH

Big push today to get into the 11s

Capital markets day will be interesting next Wednesday week on the 30th Nov when we may just have newsflow to bring to potential investors and partners for Polb 001. Alot now hinges on the results of the LPS study. If these are favourable we should get some insight on that day. If it is still portrayed as our flagship product by Jeremy then we are off to the races, or out of the car and into the bus??

Sanderson has done nothing for the whole year. Is he to get away with it next year too.

Multiple shots on goal at Poolbeg and we dont have any week product. This one from Warwick which has been in development for years looks particularly promising imho. Very impressive Professors talking through it. Well worth a listen. We are onto a winner here I think. One that prof Luke brough to the Poolbeg stable.

The 3rd 7 day max dosage LPS study is now.complete. They must have some idea of the success of it by now. The blind study ain't a secret any more. They must be aware without full completion of results as to the symptoms displayed and recover of the participants. Exciting stuff now

300,000 and 250,000 shares bought on the treeshake. A nice TR1 from Schroeder's would give us a nice lift here.

We know news is coming, MMs need the shares prehaps so doing a bit of a treeshake to weed out the needed shares for a large buy order at an agreed price. The fundamentals of POLB are still there. We will probably have a few trays to shoot past 10p here. Not long to wait for news now.
