It is clear that Jeremy has to inform us a bit better on the preliminary LPS study results. Why didn't he state that he was delighted to progress POLB 001 to the next stage. He said he would be looking for a Pharma partner but the wording of the RNS was generally dull. The vox interview would lead me to believe that all is going to plan as expected. Strange really.

The interview with Proactive didn't show the bouncing style because Jeremy was frozen this morning. It was -°C up to -10 °C or thereabouts in Ireland. I am only thawing out myself in the last hour.
He has to relay more information to the market than he has given to put the doubts to bed. I know that he has to be careful to make any scientific claims with out the proper backing of clarified data but he could have at least started with "pleased to announce".

This is an industry term for a detailed study. Nothing less can be expected in administered drugs to humans.

I think what we all wanted to see this morning is that in the blind study that the trial participants that got administered POLB 001 post LPS showed signs of improvement.
There is of course large amounts of data taken in these studies that only our industry professionals can understand. It is impossible to make a sweeping claim of success due to standards in human administered drugs. This should be relayed to the market to enable potential investors see that the RNS this morning is positive. I am sure our big Pharma friends will recognise the data set that came out of the LPS study and will want to get involved.
The shareprice reaction is very disappointing but I feel Jeremy Skillington is regulated in what claims he can make before detailed results are available. I have read previous reports on trials for P38 blockers and the readout involving effects on cells, tumours immune systems etc is mind boggling. If big Pharma choose to get onboard to fast track this as was done with COVID products it will lift this shareprice so fast that not even our MM friends could hold it back.

The comprehensive dataset is expected to facilitate progression of the product to the next clinical phase for potential partners.
We will get the media attention in the next couple of hours. Our flagship product is a success in phase 2 trials and with IP it will find us a big pharma partner to bring it to the next stage.

This is a P38 blocker and we already know it works . It was well tolerated in the study with no serious adverse effects. It did what it said on the tin. The team have results that they will be taking a scientific approach on as they trawl through the data.

Great news. Look forward to an interview with Jeremy to evaluate if this preliminary result is enough to attract a partner. If the market takes to this today it will be an early Christmas present for us shareholders.A nice 100% rise will show that we have a blockbuster on our hands. We already know that POLB 001 works as a P38 blocker as stated by Prof Luke O Neill at the Capital markets presentation. It didn't however work in some cases and hopefully the different dosage study will prove this up for the company to a satisfactory percentage figure. 80or 90% success rates was classed as very good in the recent COVID vaccines as an excellent performance. Let us hope that we have a ground breaking blockbuster on our hands with many uses in non infectious disease as well as the targeted RSV. This was hinted at heavily at the recent presentation. Not long to wait for that red dot now. Big parallel news incoming.

This crowd are away too slow at everything they do. They could buy commercial property and make more profits than they plan to make. I had a few grand in this for the Tanzanian assets,now worth a couple of hundred. The one Days deal would have made me good money but they messed that one up as they could not bleed the company as easy with the debtors looking to recover loans . They backed out and are dragging it out with this Anerobic dung. They had some neck to go against the shareholders here when alot of underhand stuff imho was going on between WEN and themselves. It is a pity that they survived the challenge to oust them.

Friday week the 16th is surely about the time frame that our much awaited transformational news should come by. I don't really think that reports will be getting finalised while buying Christmas presents.

This company have not played a ball wide on their business model since the IPO. The dragged out species shares put a big stopper on the shareprice. In hindsight the lock in period was probably a bad idea as the IPO at the time was over prescribed as any dumped shares would probably have been mopped up by the market. What we need here now in the large institutions interest. They would be a way more preferred option than the herd arriving only to dump into any rise. A combination of the two may just be the ticket. Wasn't it mention at the Capital markets presentation that there was another patent being filed at the moment. A new product in the stable maybe or a new area for one of our existing products. Nasdaq listing will come in the new year. It is not inconceivable that the shareprice here could hit £1. That would be a market cap of £500m.. With the right deals and product lines we could get there very quickly. There is an impressive team behind Poolbeg with alot of industry heavy hitters lending their name to this company. The next couple of weeks will reveal all.

A major problem here is a CEO who has paused completely his communication to the shareholders of Ukog despite working on their behalf. He has raised so much money while diluting time after time for different needs only to not carry them out and as time passed he returns to the market once more.
We have come to a complete stop this year and it is totally unacceptable. There is no solid business plan in place going forward. He is unable to face the stakeholders any more.

Can anybody here claim that Sanderson has done anything to create shareholders value this year. He has done nothing. He used to hype up the Shareprice with promises of loads of oil,an abundance of riches,multi well campaigns and retirement to the Bahamas. That doesn't work for him anymore as nobody believes him. A change of management is needed here as this has shown itself to be a lifestyle company. I have money tied up here now for years after averaging down to 0.5p. I used to think I may see it back someday but not under Silent Steve's stewardship. I don't believe a word out of his mouth. It is about time that he was straight up and honest over HH and it's prospects after raising tens of millions with promises of new works only to waste it all once more. He needs to be held to account for previous statements and actions when imho shareholders interests were not aligned only his own.

FinnCap target 15p could turn out to be conservative yet with the newsflow coming.

Really confident after watching the presentation. These are not your usual AIM lifestyle blaggers. They are passionate about the science and the product and are doing an excellent job with communication to shareholders and in the promotion of what the company has to offer.
I am fully confident that we will get good data back from POLB 001. We are already in talks and this will be funded through the next stage. Refreshing that there is no risk of dilution through future cash calls. This model is self funding and with many parallel running projects, we are on to a winner here and in for a good 2023.
