Kando I’ve not heard anything regarding when the accounts will be published or what impact the FCA investigation will have, only that one of the larger lenders has upped the pressure to get things moving ASAP, the rest is just my opinion.

I previously held a fairly large short (bet) position - at much higher than 35p - but was personally contacted by a representative from the trading platform (during the suspension) after the FCA investigation was announced and offered a closing payout, which I felt was reasonable and not worth the risk vs 35p - so I no longer hold a position here.

My personal view is that Sidara will buy this for their initial 35p offer and cash injection after the accounts are published. I believe they have seen everything and more that they would need to see to make such a (possible) offer and the publication of accounts is only being waited on in order to convince any on the fence shareholders why it’s the best possible outcome and get a vote through. Should Sidara walk away and given the time elapsed I can’t see anything other than an almost immediate call by creditors for administration processes to take place. I’ve heard rumours that at least one of the major creditors are becoming impatient as they feel that most of the debt could be covered from a forced sale of the business as part of an administration processe, and have no real reason to wait for an additional payout for shareholders other than basic goodwill, which is wearing thin.

I can buy a Rolex in China that will look ok in pictures for $2 and I can buy one that 95% of people couldn’t tell the difference (looks) for $30 and both will contain the internal components of a Christmas cracker toy.

Both of you are sort of right, you can’t really compare the real deal to something you could buy on Ali express, an iPhone does cost many hundreds to make just in parts, but not because the parts should be expensive its because the manufacturer of said parts slaps their premium on it for providing that extra 5% of quality assurance, all the parts are all branded, thoroughly tested for longevity, not going to blow up in your hand etc. You could certainly make something which is 90% of an iPhone for 1% of the cost but it could set on fire when you charge it, which is why you can easily buy a fake iPhone in China for $20 - and there was even a case in the last few years of a couple of college guys sending these fake ones into apple as broken and receiving actual iPhones back (they got away with it for a long time too). But it’s like rip off replica stuff you can buy in Aldi, or why a Dom Perignon costs 100x more than a bottle from Sainsbury’s.

Think of it this way, as soon as the shares were suspended they have been worth £0 and will remain that way until the share resumes trading or the company is sold (and it’s possible that neither of those things happen). So what you’re seeing in your account now is worst case scenario, your money is completely gone never to be seen again. But it could still be sold or resume trading providing the creditors don’t force it into administration, it seems they are starting to get impatient.

If I chuck a dog a bone I don’t want to know if it tastes good or not, it seems the lender is looking to apply pressure to get things moving and the 35p deal over the line, it’s worth a lot more to them than it is to shareholders but I can only share what I’ve heard, come to your own conclusions…

Been hearing a few whispers around Canary Wharf and elsewhere that one of woods biggest lenders is planning to call time on everything if the accounts haven’t been published and progress made with Sidara by the end of month deadline.

Cheeky 50% profit last week and my 0.0017p buy order looks like it could go through anytime soon. Cheers Roland, have a fosters on me 🍻🍻

Rollend is almost as useless as goldwish who sold out here at 0.02p and missed the 50% rise and sold out of Wishbone Gold at 0.10p and missed the 400% rise. Maybe they are related?

The offer will be 8x the share price by the time Rollend is done.

After today’s RNS I have revised my buy order to 0.017p.

My 0.03p sell on Friday is looking pretty good, got my buy order set for 0.018p.

Steve 2 independent mechanics have had a look and said this is a rust bucket, now it’s having its MOT done by the FCA and they are about to condemn it to the junk yard.
