I just hope they don't make an offer for ALL...I really want to be in this when we go to production. I wonder if they are shortlisted for the offtake, that would be good. They must have known this was in the offing some time.
This drop is just caused by one share holder offloading. It takes very little buying or selling to move the SP so imagine what will happen when when all the good news finally arrives and buyers pile in. The SP will surge, which is what happened 2 years ago when it hit 68p! That was fueled by the spod price and pure speculative buying. Fundamentals far stronger now, with massive positives to come over coming weeks/months. The worst thing you could do right now is sell at a loss and then watch the SP explode when you're no longer invested. We just need to be patient IMO.
The Ghanaian listing will be any day now. Market makers will obviously know when this is happening and will be keen to keep the SP low to make it more appealing to Ghanaians. Maybe a low SP will work well for us by attracting lots of new PIs from Ghana, and creating the kick start that we've all been waiting for. Remember, there are no extra shares... all Ghanaian purchases have to be sourced from existing shares on AIM and ASX.
The 30% rule does not apply in Australia, therefore they don't have to make an offer. Most LTHs including myself do NOT want ALL to sell. There is far more to be gained long term than 40p. This mine is going to be one of the biggest globally...only 3% of tenure drilled so far. Traders would do far better by sitting tight on this one, and trading other companies instead.
It's nice to see an EV article that is positive for a change! Facts speak for themselves. 🙂

Agreed...50p would be an absolute travesty. This SP will be in the £s in 3 or 4 years, by which time the mine will be in full production with a significantly increased resource, and lithium in a supply deficit.
More evidence that hydrogen will not be competitive with lithium. Shell are diverting all their investment into ev charging stations. 🙂

My understanding is that Ghanaians will have to buy existing shares so they will be priced at whatever the price is on AIM and ASX. The good news is the fact there will be no additional shares issued. Therefore however high or low the Ghanain demand is, it is additional demand to what we currently have, so should push the SP higher.
Mick and PD01...you are so right. I'll be furious if we sell now. We are so close to production with absolutely massive potential ahead. Do these people who are talking 20 and 30p realise that we were in the high 60s 2 years ago! Since then we've had a really good DFS, mining licence, resource upgrades, investment from MIIF and another 2 prospecting licences. Also, lithium prices are going to increase significantly in the next few years and we are heading into a bull market. I expect the SP to be worth £s in the future.
Thanks for attaching this Teddy. It is an excellent video and a MUST WATCH for everybody who has an interest in ALL. For those who have any doubt about us getting ratification this should dispell them. In my opinion it is absolutely clear that the Ghanaian Gov't will grant ratification...no doubt whatsoever. GLA long term olders.
Also, following on from my last email...5toamillion recently said he'd be happy with 40p. I don't agree with that...I don't belive the BOD would spend so much on shares if they thought the SP may just double. I think they are looking and multiples in the long term. I certainly am particularly as my average is over 40p, having bought nearly 2 years ago. When markets turn and we are in production with an ever growing resource, this could be massive.
Yes, they are well paid, but Len, Amanda and Neil have bought an awful lot of shares and are still buying. Len- 3.2m Amanda 4.4 million Neil - 8m. You don't buy that many unless you are very confident in making a profit. What we need now is for the lithium price to turn before we get into a proper bull market. As well as ratification and a good offtake agreement of course.
Neil Herbert has made yet another purchase announced today. Another 173k shares now gives him a total of almost 8 MILLION shares, equal to 1.3% of the Company. More big buys have been made this morning and at COB yesterday.
It's sickening that we continue to go down whilst markets are so bullish. However, I think it would be a bad decision to sell now, at a loss when there are so many positives on the horizon. This share has become a traders dream and it is them that keep driving the SP down. Once we get ratification followed by offtake agreement and resource increase, the SP will re-rate and traders will be out. Good luck all long term investors :-)
Totally agree with you Swest. Piedmont were up 12% yesterday and the same again today...25% in 2 days! That never happens to us. Good news gets us 2 or 3% if we're lucky and anything negative dessimates our SP. We can only hope that favour eventually turns our way as we get nearer to production.
This is politics pure and simple. The NDC is the opposition party to the Ghanaian government. If the government says black is black, NDC will say blacknis white. Just like our government, Labour always find fault with Conservatives and visa versa. NDC were always going to find fault with the licence agreement no matter how good it was. And it's a fantastic deal for Ghana...anyone who can't see that needs their head testing. I'm sure NDC know it's the 'real deal'. They just have to make out they would have done it differently and better so they make government look bad and increase their chances at the next election. As usual its all about votes and not about the benefits for the Ghanaian public...BOOOORING!
That Mrs akuffo certainly has a lot to answer for. No matter what progress ALL makes, there always seems to be something waiting in the wings to drag our SP down. It is very clear from other articles and interviews that she was spouting pure garbage having failed to do any proper research. I really don't think the SP will do much until we have ratification and they start building the mine...too many gloomsters waiting in a queue to knock us down :-(
The last thing I want is for us to sell pre-production. We've only drilled 3% of our land and we've just received another 2 licences with more in the pipeline. Who knows how big this will become over the next few years. Patience is the name of the game here. I don't see myself selling until at least 2027, possibly much later if dividends are good and lithium prices remain buoyant. GLA
That's a fantastic interview with Amanda. It was very evident that the host was extremely impressed. I wouldnt be surprised if she invested in us herself straight after the interview. Well worth taking 15 minutes out of your busy lives to listen to this! Well done Amanda!
