Question: How have we received "multiple expressions of interest" in our Lancaster acreage, when the incumbent company (HUR) cannot clear drilling permission from the regulator for a new well?
TBF, it doesn't say anything of the sort. That's just the way you've interpreted the statement. The expressions of interest may just be a gamble on what we already have. At 12p a share, the buyers can make money on what we have left very easily.
My only concern is that as the board have no skin in the game, what will they personally benefit from the sale? You'd have thought someone buying would want to clear the decks at upper management?
