Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Thanks for all the answers/links, I have to be honest, I’m still not grasping it. I’ll read through a bit more and hopefully the penny will drop.
Further to this, it would appear the SPA can be distributed under 2006 companies act subject to vote (75%). It can also be taken as salary bonus etc subject to taxation etc. Surely this has to hold massive value to any purchase? The buyer (hopefully!) can run the one well dry, then wind the company up and vote to distribute almost £1b between themselves!
Am I missing or misinterpreting something?
Lay answers please if you can.
Just got a couple of minutes in between holiday stuff.
Can the company pay divvies from a SPA, or is that the purpose of the meeting next week? I don’t want any more shares if I can help it!
The SPA as per rns stands at $822m. Is that net cash, or is some ear marked, or could the whole lot be distributed if the company wound up?
Thanks in advance for any replies, just out to blow a few cobwebs off with the dogs and family.
Reading that makes me wonder why I’m still here! It’s a badly copy and pasted piece with lots of outdated information. Looks like it’s been written by a badly educated pumper for a p n d.
I’m definitely for the sale rather than prolonged agony and more dilution. The buyer can jump in bed with Albion!
Not sure what everyone is hoping for, but my view (fwiw)! is 12p +/- 1p is fair at this point.
Last time we were low, I was hindsight thinking why didn’t I just throw everything at this. I’m now wondering where the low is? Will the city boys and the bots reverse this morning, mid Christmas break or wait for the new year. As it is we could be in the low 40’s before we know it. Sad times.
I’m holding s h 1 7 or bust. The only flaw in your post is they’re not a quarter late, they’re over a year late!
Not been as suspicious about a stick since Sirius Petroleum and BOBO the clown who stole all the money and the oil!
I can only assume those selling now have lost all faith in the company or are party to insider info? Looking at the historical chart they can’t be selling for much profit if any at all? That’s leading me to be concerned they know something we don’t. A tad worrying to say the least. We don’t know what has taken place between the last placing holders and the board.
Is this supposed to give the sp an injection?
I think it missed the vein?
I thought it would be lower last week tbh. Still sticking to a watering down at 4.5p myself, unless on the day a Chartist holds up a red flag as we plummet lol.
This was posted after the last rise. Like any other links, may be us, may be a n other.
I don’t understand why the alleged mou co can’t be named, it’s hardly contract sensitive. It’s the equivalent of someone walking around a shop.
Nice name Burn. Interesting to see not one protester in the town centre off the proposed new UK coal mine, contrary to what the msm are reporting.
Interesting, but more obvious delays. Why companies can’t be up front and honest is beyond me. In the long run it would benefit them far more.
I’ve seen no previous mention of difficulty with machines across the borders!
Surely they will be paid off in the event of a sale?
