Maybe the whole business will get sold, shareholders happy with a profit, M happy to lose the constraints of the market, no tax to pay in capital gains. Then M buys the underperforming Ingenuity as his belief is reflected by his investment, the buyer feels as if he’s unloading the chaff, win win.
Everything here is guess work as we know, and likely to have zero effect on any outcome. I like reading all the theories from all sides guys. Keep up the good work.
