In July 2017 the Group raised $230 million (gross) from the successful placement of the Convertible Bond.
The Convertible Bond carries a coupon of 7.5% ( i.e. interest ) payable quarterly in arrears. Interest = $17m p.a.
The Convertible Bond is convertible into fully paid Ordinary Shares on maturity on 24 July 2022 .

At maturity, Hur won't want to convert into ordinary shares at this low SP because of the massive dilution so need enough cash to redeem the bonds or refinance them.

shorts total 2.78% = 55 million shares they have borrowed and sold and manipulated the SP downwards.

But it also means 55 million shares they've got to buy to close their short positions and an SP rise

That is an increase from 6.4 % in their previous month's NAV report.
That's an increase of 4 million shares .

Reading the Chairman's statement in 2019 Financials , a premium listing seems to be the desire.
Obviously a lot has happened since.

So Hur might have received OGA approval ( by end June )
and further work & consents for Lincoln tieback are now being considered by JV partners.
If Spirit didn't want to , could Hur do it alone ?
