But I think he would have had a vested interest in trying to get a better deal

Whilst riverstone guy clearly never had any intention other sell company in one piece or bits ..to get debt back.

Now JW may not have had a better result but he certainly would not have had a worse one

Broomtree...it is the fact that the companies are all one when there is debt but can somehow miraculously be separate entities when it suits ..eg the yards can still be functioning and sold off.

I suspect JW was forced to go through leverage by riverstone...when in reality we might have been better off had he stayed. He might have been able to get more favourable terms.

It is in admin...suspect it is easier for guy who somehow took over company with no authority from the owners ( shareholders) to what he wants. He only has to get enough to pay back riverstone debt and not worry about shareholders .

Bigjob...personally I can't see this getting to £3 on current trajectory.

The plans to be announced in H1 2025 will tell more ..hopefully.

However I have been disappointed with LR so far in terms of the plan should have already been provided and that shareholder Comms does not seemed to have improved one jot

I believe there is money to be made by trading lows and highs ..I currently have £34k on a trade at this price.

5-10% in the next month would be a nice return

I can't see any more disasters that could crash the price so market dynamics should give this without too much drama

Unfortunately I am not sure we will get another monkey pox type spike..since they didn't seem to be able to take advantage of that and it will have put people off.

So in a nut shell...trade the share would be my advice. You know the company and what it is worth ..so act accordingly

They mention Australia.. they needed a bit more flesh on the bones..eg Australia is now our target market ..we already have x number of distributors supplying xyz ...blah blah.

We only quoted what company forecast their position would be in terms of cash in bank. If it turns out better you can't say we lied.

It is a typical pump and dump tactic to suggest a takeover....it needs no proof ..and the speculation is fueled by the ring leaders and taken up by the opportunists to get the herd excited.

But ask yourself this ..who would want to take over a loss making company with one product line that the experts recommend not to use?

These events havent increased sales significantly so far....they have been doing many of these type of events in the past - as regularly pointed out on here
