Awk - that is a shame as I was looking forward to you explaining what the difference between teams and zoom is?

I have to say having used all of them as a host when I have a choice -zoom is my preference

Awk - with all respect have you used teams before ?

I have been using zoom/teams/Google meet etc every week for the last year - for meetings and webinar/ conferences etc. They can all be controlled by the host. They have asked for people to behave with decorum but I suspect they will be surprised by the numbers showing up. It will then by default be put in mute. If you have ever been in these type of meetings ..any background noise is really annoying.

I suspect the "gallery" will be muted. There was probably not the expectation of the "rabble" of shareholders wanting to attend. Phoned hurricane several times today and no answer..guess they prob just turned switchboard off ! ..lol

Beast - I think there is a good chance of suspension first thing...which may have partially driven the price drop today. Pepes will look at amgo being suspended and then it not being lifted as the case went on longer than expected and judgement delayed. I suspect some might have feared being unable to get to their money.

Could be suspended and then held in suspension if adjourned. Decision either way will see the SP respond up or down in my opinion.

senseman - i suspect any invitees turning up will be muted. Maybe not even seen. i have had all sorts of virtual meetings during the last year and there are a variety of options. they also have the ability to record for everyone to view at a later date

mirasol - i would have agreed with you before yesterday..but

a) the fact an EGM has been called means that there is good reason to adjourn
b) AMGO suffered in court yesterday as the threat of "my scheme" or "insolvency" didn't go down well from what i can tell when the judge heard that they had some cash in bank

russky - AVCT do not issue their rns in a negative way - one could even argue that they are slightly too positive. they do not issue pathetic tweets - more professional looking outfit tbh.

they have not damaged sentiment and lost faith of shareholders - as a large odx shareholder i honestly don't trust the company to look after my money safely after the last few months.

the MMs are not playing games. AIM shares drift lower with time - especially when there is no news. Sellers sell due to a variety of reasons - they need to / better opportunities / crap tweets etc.
this is why it is important that good news is delivered in a positive way so that you get the gains that will get whittled down. if calamity had not hit the SP with his awful RNS we would have been around a £1 now. we just started to gain momentum up and tesla tweet destroyed that.

no one to blame but the company. they are not delivering anything in regards non govt contract. govt contract is not in their hands - buying a book on "Writing decent rns for dummies" or " Don't believe your own hype and try to tweet like Elon Musk in the middle of a curry and beer" is in their hands.

will the company ever learn?.. it is doubtful given past history - they really don't seem too bright

awk - you are quite right. i meant the interpretation of what the "reality" is - but probably did not write it well!

McAfee. The debt has not gone away. However with a new bod the options have potentially increased or certainly look a bit better. With different forward plans and or drills maybe the geology will even change. The second CPR even though based on more data is not set in stone. A new bod might even pursue Lincoln with a bit more vigour. It might all turn Pete tong but shareholders are certainly in no worse a position than they were yesterday

mcadder- i agree that it is far too early to get overexcited about hur - and any buying should be carefully weighed. however with a new bod in place there is now the possibility of a forward plan being made and funded that will enable hur to survive as opposed to the current bod who have shown little evidence of looking after hur or its shareholders.

i have a feeling there will be more twists and turns in the hur story!

if the holders are gullible it is because they trusted the company to look after their interests. instead the company has shown complete disregard and contempt by their communications. they pump on twitter and then coincidentally the directors sell. post the most negative rns possible on the good news we waited a long time for. The beer and curry night tweet showed utter disrespect and the market sees it all and punishes.

the guys responsible are cl*wns quite frankly and seem way out of their depth. Selling tests in a pandemic should be like the last cold pepsi in the desert. Something they seem as competent to do as their communications.
meanwhile the shareholders have to see the SP decimated - weak and gullible indeed

does that include ODX - as they seem to be the main ones hitting the SP and losing shareholder money. we need 50% just to bang on the £1 door again. unbelievable

AVCT seem to be doing alright - and they are waiting for news.
ODX have had some of the news needed and would have been fine if they didn't keep deciding that shareholders don't deserve an SP rise - but instead they insist on keep shooting themselves in the foot.

the issue is that neither of these were approached early enough or when the share price was considerably higher . The time to have approached them would have perhaps been last september - in time for the weather window . they could have asked major shareholders first and tried an open offer for any shortfall.
who in their right mind would be willing to finance this bod now when they clearly state that they want to wind up the company?
