The bod clearly don't want results announced if not in tandem with the offer...

My guess is they don't want to have to explain how they took bonuses whilst asleep at the wheel and allowed illegal accounting practices to happen.

If the offer comes at the same time...nobody is going to care about explanations. It will be the offer that captures everyone's attention.

We really need another party to throw their hat in the ring....though without accounts it will be difficult .

they are not on our side. it is up to the bod to present an alternative viable option. unfortunately they seem happy to settle for the deal - with whatever sid offers. hence why we lost 5p this week

it will still need shareholder vote - so expect the rns to be all saying that this is the best option blah blah.

my suspicion is that they will leave the accounts to the last minute to avoid other interested parties having time to put a spanner in the works...but hey what do i know?

if cash is say £4.7m at present - that means the business is valued at £3m.

with just one type of product that can't make a profit year after year and is burning cash - that is not good

revenue was down because sales were down- they saved face by having the disguise of a one off exceptional item (dispute) and improving margins

i havent watched the presentation yet - but atan has answered my only question on forecast of cash in bank.

it dropped to £4.9m in that financial year and if they are saying down to £4m in this year - that is a huge worry,

they will have 12-18 months left before possibly needing a raise

that would mean a consolidation of shares before any potential raise as 4p is the limit i believe and they are well under that

I disagree that the new bod is better. Their share holder engagement is terrible...unbelievably even worse than previous.

I agree that the company seem to have lost its identity. I was not a fan of jag but he was the guy behind the snake oil sales. Are the new crowd up to replacing him? On this evidence I would say no

They are forecasting the same sales next year end of £8.3m which will mean cash burn again with no saviours like the dhsc dispute

Kando..if the cash werent needed then it would be much more than 85p ...go back to the froth on this board and the previous offers.

The offer is 35p...the 85p is just a justification to get the low ball offer over the line.

If you had said they valued the house at £100k because they decided it needs £200k worth of work...I could accept.

However the valuation is still £100k ..whatever they need to do later to make it habitable is of no consequence to the seller.

They came up with 35p...I am sure it is worth more to them...but they thought that is the minimum they could get away with it.

They are only going to offer the minimum and unfortunately the bod in its ineptitude have assisted them in this matter.

I suspect the recent disposals were already priced in.

What it doesn't tell us is if there are other disposals that could be made and if the additional contracts since all this started have improved cash flow etc
