Sid are prob a cut throat business - they will have offered the minimum they could and then when seen an opportunity lowered it.

unfortunately the biz is in a really bad way and thr bod completely inept and so we don't seem to have anyone fighting our cause.

have they tried selling it to other potentially interested parties? doesn't look like it? have they exhausted other possibilities? sold as many assets as possible? my suspicion is nope.

whether it is fair value will be shown in accounts which mysteriously have been 6 months late.....and will no doubt be released at the last possible moment - which assists sid....make your own mind up on that

There should be an investigation in the gap between 30p and £2 in the space of a year

Poker - sid have had months of dialogue and prob updates on the work in progress on accounts. they have also done bids previously

A totally new bidder would in my opinion want to see full accounts after all this time.

the MMs will look after the shorters - how many times have we seen it? lets be honest they are a good source of regular biz.

Sid will have seen last tax years accounts and the last 3 months in my opinion.

I think they might have tried to get 30p through before the sale in rns this morning.

The accounts will show the balance sheet and what assets could be sold off to ease debt.

In my opinion..the company don't want to release them because a) they are bad in terms of what has been going through the books and b) the assets will show the 30p deal is nonsense .

The bod want the sale to go through so that they can be kept in a job for the transition and then can look for other work .
