But thats the point it shouldn't be mysterious there is no need for any mystery in a fair and proper run market.
But I agree with everything else you say , we need news of this restructuring soon as that is
what will really make this fly if the news is what we are hoping for and expecting.
I am just dummy trading to see whats available and partly because Im in IDE as well and they have a similar situation re stock.

We really do need a better market for shares than this and a better fairer way to price and buy and sell shares as this is just a complete farce.
Enough is enough something has to be done about it.
From opening bell there was ZERO shares available at any price.
Then it changed to 1 thousand shares available to buy ONLY for most of the morning.
But then a short while ago you could buy up to 125.000 in one trade @1.25p
However THEN one small trade for 18250 shares goes through and now we are back to ZERO SHARES AVAILABLE.
What happened to the 125k shares that was available earlier?
It's a joke.
It's nonsense.
It is a compete farce of a market.
We need a proper platform for trading AIM shares and the MM way is not in anyones interests so it MUST STOP.

Yet again no stock available to buy.
Only now can you buy 50k in shares and that only became available a few mins ago.
They will buy any amount so that tells you the score.
This has to rise soon imo.
Lets hope we get news soon of the deal.

Well you cant buy any more than 25k shares and that took all morning to become available.
They surely have to let this go and mark it up and up a lot?
No stock available at all basically and thus no market as buyers cant buy.
They have to mark it up to create some sales so people can buy again.
Nobody has any intention of selling.
95% of the shares are held by the main backers and only 5% is held by the public and they have them all it seems.

Now that there is a proper plan going forwards and the accounts cleared (my main concern) there is a
much better prospect ahead.
And whats extra good is that they cant crash the share price because it is so tightly held.
Best they can do is spook a few million shares out of holders hands and that means nothing where this is concerned.
They will keep trying to grab small amounts for resale but have to move it up regardless.

It is extremely tightly held and they played a lot of games last Fri to try and get some people to sell.
It's the same over in AD4 another MXCP recovery play.

We were discussing this before suspension.
Glad to see you called it right and that it came back and has a lot going for it now.
I held a few still and bought more when it came back from suspension.
I can see a very steady recovery here now.

AD4 should do just as well if not better % wise but only if they secure this deal they have been mentioning.
Whichever one you prefer (I like and own both) we should all do quite well out of it now that the worst is behind them or nearly as in the case of AD4.

Are we going to see an IDE style recovery here thats the big question.
If they get this deal and it's a good one then yes probably.
But we need to see some confirmation.

It is MXCP's Jill Collighan who was placed into this company by MXCP as AD4's CFO.
She is the ONLY active director who actually has any contact with AD4.
This is FACT.
MXCP have overseen this shambles and disaster and done nothing about it, they have in fact ignored it and wished it would go away.
MXCP are AD4's "ADVISORS" they get paid to advise AD4.
God alone knows what that advice must have been.

This is not an RTO MXCP have made that clear , it is in their words a significant acquisition but not an RTO.

Be in no doubt at all ok ,MXCP are to blame for this fiasco it is under their umbrella and under their watch that this shambles went the way it did as they stood by and did nothing.

God help us with what they have planned next is all I can say.

There is next to nothing to negotiate.They have a very experienced team of financial advisors at MXCP
I cant see them requiring much advice.
If AD4 cant pull this off then its finished.

What is required at AD4 is the following and nothing less will come close to being acceptable.
1. The entire board must go no exceptions.
2. The new company if they manage to buy one must take over full control and day to day running of the business.
3. We must be told if this is going to be a buy and build as it was supposed to be or what exactly?
4. If the debt is to be reduced we need to know at what cost to shareholders asap.
5. Funding for their supposed acquisition and the debt reduction must be made clear to us the owners of AD4.
6. If there is to be a likely placing to raise funds will shareholders be invited to join in ?

What dilution can the long suffering and on their knees shareholders expect to be hammered into the ground with?
This has been an outright disaster and apart from IDE there has never been a more badly managed company.

AD4's non exec (thats a joke in itself) Chairman takes no part in running this business so what on earth was he here for?
Dr Ian Black also has never ever been seen at company HQ.
MXCP themselves know this as fact.
So what the hell were they playing at allowing this shambles to decline in this way.
#It is criminal negligence and gross incompetence by MXCP and by senior management at AD4.
If it had any chance of being taken seriously I would phone the police , this has been such a criminal disaster that there has to be some sort of punishment surely?
I wouldn't invest a bean here until we know exactly what is going on at this shambles and it it is in fact going to be sorted or left to die.

The main point I am trying to make is that one way or another this will cost the shareholders money and
the sooner we know how much and when the better , as only then can we move forwards here.
Get it out of the way so that potential investors can see the road ahead.
They dont need all this time for what is a relatively small deal and that is a cause for concern imo.

And if MXCP were to reverse a company into the AD4 umbrella it would be at a cost to AD4.
Thus a placing is still required.

So AD4 requires funds and some probably not all will come from a placing.
Nobody gives companies away for free.

No they most certainly are not.
They are 'buying' or trying to, a company and this will require money.

The longer they drag this out for the more cause for concern.
It was not by any means a 'done deal' there was room for failure.
We need to know what the financing will be before we can buy this with any degree of certainty.
We need to know what the likely placing will be , how much dilution and at what price.
The silence from MXCP and AD4 is deafening.

100million new shares at .8 would raise them around £800k before costs.
That might be enough along with the loan notes being replaced with MXCP loan notes.
This new addition to AD4 wont come for free remember.
I would wait to see the placing price before buying any here.
The might want to raise more than that.

No , they have moved the spread to be more reflective of the action thats all.
It's not really dropped but I know what you mean.
Sooner they get the placing and funding sorted and announced the better imo.

Joking aside, there has to be a placing here they need cash to buy the new company they pan on merging with and they need cash to reduce the loan note debt.
Not all of it but some of it will be through having a placing.
I expect as is usually the case it will be at a discount and likely to be around .8 or .9
Only then can it move forwards.

They are not all blue half of them are clear sells and the price has not dropped.
