In mid September I asked NVS when we would get some of the good news that he had promised us on a regular basis. His answer was that it depended on the labs - days possibly weeks. I replied that I was glad that he didn't mention months. It is now nearly 3 months and still nothing and he feels he should not be held responsible for the fall in SP. Does this man have any idea of what is going on at all?

There is no way that they should let it go to the deadline gain and another extension would be a complete farce. Perhaps they have mined what they want and there is nothing left in two years. With SRES no news is bad news but there again every time we get news, we go down so don't think we can win either way now.

Hope you are right Justone but last year we thought the same thing then Tolsa were given another year. You say that no news means talks are still on-going, but we were told that they would be completed by the end of June so how do we know that they have just not broken down and PC is too scared to tell us? There has been no change in position for the last 12 months Tolsa no decision CS no decision. We apparently have what everybody wants but nobody who is good enough to sell it.

One million USD in the bank. Apparently, all going well and still we plummet. And NVS tells me he can't be held responsible????

It is great news if we can find a man who can sell it. I got the email from Sahra Swift today (RNS). I replied by saying thank you for the information but how are the CS negotiations going, since they should have been completed by the end of June. I am getting a bad feeling that this is being put out as good news to give PC more time. But really it is no news as we already knew it. Fingers crossed in hope rather than expectancy.

Well that might keep us going until Xmas so hopefully the bigger deals will start to drop in. Don't expect too much though due to past track record. However, anything positive here is a pleasant surprise and good start to the morning.

Ikeep sending him and his secretary emails but he has not replied to one for a long time now. Signs are ominous.

Dilution is never a good thing, especially when a company has been struggling for years. Is this the last throw of the dice? Most lth must have lost a very large percentage of their investment.

So what happened to Sturec? Are we not getting some cash from that after selling it for peanuts.

I am the same Nibbers. Can't sell because there wouldn't be enough to cover the broker's commission.

It makes me feel sick that they start the RNS saying that they are 'pleased to say'. How can anyone be pleased with this. I just watch this and laugh now as I am 99.3% down on my original investment.

Very surprised that NVS is still replying to my emails. His response to my question of 'Why did you put that you were very pleased at the start of a RNS that resulted in a fall of over 10% in the SP.' His reply was that he could not be held responsible for the SP and that any good news is being sold into at the moment. Eventually it will turn.

It was Sturec that made me invest in the first place and they got rid of that for peanuts. NVS says that he is 'very pleased to report'...... Lets hope that I am very pleased to be invested by the end of the day. Don't think I can cope with yet another failure.

And still waiting for the transformational deal that was meant to be completed by the end of June. Not even a mention of yet another extension or continued negotiations. Just admit you are useless PC and have not negotiated a deal of any kind.

Looks like never buy on a spike was good advice. Could have lost another shed load of money there.

Just a shame that this will have to 10 bag just to get my money back. Would buy some more but I was once told never to buy on a spike.

Having had a couple of emails from NVS it would seem to me that there are contributors to this board who seem to know more about what is going on than he does and that perhaps is our problem. Unfortunately Piggy seems to get it right more than most. Still expect a profit from somewhere in the future though.
