If we had what he says we have and the amount of interest was half as much as he says it is, someone would have bought us out for much more than our market cap a long time ago. How he sleeps at night I will never know. Hey ho here is to another six months of nothing until he does another fund raise to build up his retirement plan.

Just waiting for the CEO to tell us that negotiations with a large company are well under way and a new deal will be achieved in the very near future. Fingers crossed. Surely they have not just been sitting on their backsides waiting whilst all of this legal stuff has been getting in the way?

With our present market cap it would be quite easy for a big company to do a takeover. Would save them a lot of trouble negotiating.

I used to communicate quite regularly but after a phone call where he said that it was us that were responsible for the pathetic company performance for all of our negative comments on this site. Seems to me that he is trying to buy up umpteen millions of shares at our expense then make a sale. We will perhaps go from over 90 % down to 80% down and he will make many thousands just in time for his retirement. I can only think of one person who has abused his position to gain benefit at the expense of others more than Cheetham and that is Trump.

As good as printing your own money for doing absolutely nothing. Surely this is illegal?

They have probably given themselves so many free shares and heavily discounted shares that they own half of the company by now.

A very poor effort to make it look like he cares about present investors. You would not be able to get enough shares to make any sort of substantial profit, even if the company did surprisingly make a turn around. The old saying of 'Don't throw good money after bad' is very appropriate here. What we need is an RNS saying how the company is going to turn itself around and start making money for the shareholders, not how the company can extract more money from the shareholders, many of whom must be 90% under by now. A total disgrace.

Apart from Cheetham getting more cheap shares and passing on shares to his other interests at a discount, is there any mention of how this money will be used for the benefit of the company and it's present shareholders? I think not. Is this legal?

So what was all that about? If a share goes down 10% I expect some sort of explanation, not for it to just go back up again.

If he just sold everything for half the price he wants and then distributes the proceeds to his shareholders we would be in a much better place than we are now. 95% down now and he still doesn't think he has done anything wrong. Perhaps that might be because he just has not done anything at all.

Was just thinking that if PC had sold all the assets for half of what he seems to want 5 years ago we would be in a much better position than we are now. We would have made some money and been able to get out of this dog of a share.
