Can't wait to get out of here but surely there must be some sort of deal with someone, sometime, that will give a bit of a spike. Would be happy to just get half of my money back now but even that seems a long way off. You would lose less in an organised scam.

PC continually tells us that we have an abundance of a quality asset so by that it must be just his incompetence that is preventing us from getting a deal?

Tallyhoe, I would prefer information like that to come from PC himself rather than one of the investors having to have a guess at what is going on.

Well lets hope it comes before the company runs out of money. Don't think it can manage yet another fundraise due to incompetence.

As I have said before, I can't call him a liar but he owes it to the shareholders to give an explanation of why he said he expected a deal to be done by the end of June and why it was not completed over 6 months later. He has given out too much misleading information, 'without telling lies'.

I seem to remember that we ground a sample but ground it to the wrong size. Couldn't even get that right.

Would not call him a liar but he certainly is not telling the full story. You are certainly right in saying 'Depressing at the moment' as it has been for the last 10 years.

Fact is that we have a CEO that does not tell the truth so we are what is fact or fiction.

Who are we in negotiation with?

Why was the June deal not completed.

Why have we not been told anything about the uncompleted deal that was supposed to transform the company.

So many questions and so few answers despite me contacting the company almost on a daily basis now.

Everything is always in scant detail.

What are the offers on the table, if any?

What was the deal that should have been completed in June?

Why was the June deal not completed and never mentioned again?

Sent him and Sue Swift an email asking exactly that question Safe. Don't hold your breath for an answer

Also I find it very hard to believe that Tolsa have been mining our land for 2 years and PC doesn't know anything about the results. What has he been doing all of this time?

Hope nobody in the company got a Christmas bonus this year but I expect that will not be the case. i expect it will be bubbly all round for another year of taking money for a lovely lifestyle and achieving nothing for it.

I am also over 90% down, unfortunately believing what PC had to say. I also recently have said that I was wondering if he was running a company or a scam. That sums it up to me - ' We can now negotiate with WHOEVER'. It would be nice to know who we are negotiating with and how far negotiations have progressed ( especially with the CS project where a final deal was forecast by PC for the end of June). All I have heard from PC for a number of years now is that we have an abundance of a quality product that numerous companies want. So why can't he pull off a deal? Totally incompetent.

Why don't they just buy us out for $40,000,000 and have done with it. NVS could distribute the money between shareholders and go off into the sunset never to be seen again , hopefully.

Peter we have whenever we received assays or updates if you look at the past few releases. The market didn’t like or understand them - we will continue to update as soon as we receive Zambian assays.
