The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Still have hope for this company to come good but have to admit that for a company that is supposed to have outstanding assets and numerous companies 'fighting' to make a deal with us we are achieving rather less than a BTEC Business studies group would do.
Shouldn't be any sides here Justone. We all should want SRES to do well. My only problem is that I have been invested here for over 10 years and greener pastures have always been just around the corner. Unfortunately that corner seems to be never ending. This should now be flying but I think it has been hindered by it's poor performance in the past.
Just looked back at the history. 2005 shares worth 1050. Down 99.9% from then. I was fooled by promises made when this was 1.6p. Fortunately I decided to write this off as a bad experience rather than average down. A lot of people in here have invested thinking that it can't get any worse. Not the way to go.
After such a disastrous day yesterday you would have thought that there would be a little bounce back today but when nothing has been achieved over ten years I suppose you cannot expect any better now???
There seems to be a lot of detail in the 'watering down of the company' ( probably so that few people will read it all or not understand it) and hardly any detail on what will be done with the money. It is not good enough to just say that the money will be used to further develop projects. We should surely by now have a pretty set programme of what will be achieved, when and where. Or is it just more good money after bad. Just how is this company being run at the top????????
Well a couple of days ago when we were 9% up I said I would love to buy some more but it is just as likely to go 10% down. It is now down 12% from then. It seems that no matter what research you do and how positively you see our assets, the fact is that very little has yet been achieved. Just wish we could stop all the arguing as the way I see it we could make a lot of money from this or we could lose all of our money. Just wish PC would give us something to put our minds at ease. But he hasn't managed to do that over the last 10 years.
Only another 10,000% to go and I might break even. I feel that money could be made now but I thought that when this was at 2p old money (40p new). I will therefore never invest here again. Will just leave my investment to see if there is a spike then get out quick.
Does this mean that, after what must be 10 years of waiting and time for preparation, they have not even managed to organise a drill? Or have all rigs gone elsewhere as companies have got fed up of waiting. Another major blunder however you look at it.
