Same here crusty. I wish I could be certain that the vote goes through so I could buy some more and make a healthy profit, although that might be eventually. A vote against will see the BOD continue to waste money until there is nothing at all left for the shareholders. The choice seems obvious. PASS THE RESOLUTION.

Why would you buy shares when you can seemingly give yourself as many as you like. PC again should be ashamed of himself.

Sounds good to me. At least a lot better than anything to do with this company has sounded over the last 10 years.

I would be quite happy to wait a year or so for a 200% rise rather than watch the BOD do nothing whilst draining our funds as they have done so far.

So if we shut down we get 1.2p per share if I read that right???????? That would be much more than I would expect this bunch of muppets to produce. Wouldn't the best option for shareholders be to buy a load of shares at 0.4p then shut the company down and wait for the 1.2p return?????? Surely I must be wrong in that thinking????

Well a drop of 11% would suggest things are not going well. Life sucks at SRES.

PC always sounds confident. Trouble is he has said all of this before and, so far, has achieved sod all apart from letting the SP fall by over 80%. Hoping for a multi bagger now just to get some money back. Like having a lottery ticket - Don't expect to win but you never know.

Just sent PC an email expressing everyone's dissatisfaction. No doubt he will think that he is doing nothing wrong. I am now 85% down when I expected my investment to at least double when he said that a signature was imminent some time ago. Still I didn't have to invest here but feel extremely misled.

I have never known a board where so many people seem to enjoy the fact that others are losing money (perhaps for now). I regularly read comments both for and against arcm and both sides seem to have valid points but the animosity is shameful. Please stick to facts without the snide comments.

The Sturec Gold Project was why I invested in Arcm (Ortac) in the first place. It was supposed to make us all rich and ended up being sold for next to nothing. Perhaps I should have learned my lesson then but I still live i hope.

Probably bought those for over £20,000. Well I am now 80% down due to believing in what PC has said over the years. Unfortunately, I don't believe a word he says any more. He lost all credibility some time ago. Yet if you contact him he gets very defensive, thinking all is okay.

Looks like PC was listening to you Tottyman. RNS out today tells us pretty much what we already know so no increase in SP unfortunately. I think PC could have added something to make it seem more positive but that is perhaps expecting too much.

Couldn't agree with you more 44RJ. I have watched this company being destroyed by the BOD for many years now but always held out for Ruvuma which could have been transformational but the only successful transformation the BOD have made is changing the company's name from Solo to Scirocco and what a different that has made to our fortunes (not).

Placing, the cash, pay the BOD, placing, blow the cash, pay the BOD............Don't expect anything different from this company. My shares are worth so little now so they might as well stay there until the company goes into administration.

So our growth plans have produced a 25% reduction in SP. Well done BOD. Shouldn't this be reduction plans. The only hing that is growing here is the number of shares. Useless!

Absolutely heartbreaking. Still can't believe that when we were just hoping for a JV to be signed we were at 8p expecting to go over 12p once the deal was done. We now have a deal and are down to below 3p. Never thought I would see this level again. Feel like I have been stabbed in the back after all the positive comments by NVS.
