Stroll has to buy. He doubled the shares in issue with the last huge cash raise, if he doesn't buy, someone else does and ousts majority holder. It's desperation.

It's 4% of sales of ALL mid engined cars for 10 years, around 800m, but settlement will be less than that.
I told you, Nebula are claiming 200m for the cancelled mid engined contract, and 50m for Stroll cancelling the St Gallen dealership.
The cost of building it was 35m, and it was valued at 50m before Stroll spat the dummy. If he had bought them out he would be selling more cars. but no, Stroll went the other way and now we have profits warnings and a court billl to pay, around a 1/3 of the current cash balance. Thanks Lawrance.

DBX was only 22, only 137 so far this year.

If you took the full RI, the TERP (break-even) was 179p, so still in a loss from that alone. So you must have quadrupled at 90p to be in profit.

Stroll could have bought out the Nebula boys for £150m, but refused to, so that's the minimum they will be wanting back from AML.
Nebula guys want 200m for Nebula contract cancelled and 50m for dealership (St Gallen) cancellation, as AF Cras AG spent 35m building the dealership, it was valued at 50m before it was shut down by Stroll.

The deal was Nebula guys to get 4% royalty on every mid engined car sold, a maximum royalty payment of $800m, but settlement more likely to be a 1/3rd of that.

The obligation of parties in the court of arbitration are under section 40 of BRITISH LAW under the Abritration Act of 1996 to "do all things necessary for the proper and expiditious conduct of the aebitral proceedings".

Stroll knew nothing abot any of this when he boght AML, as it was not mentioned in the IPO prospectus. He was raging and ripped up every agreement with Nebula. Now courts will decide how unlawful that is.

Albert Orbrist (Swiss car collector) underwrote the agreement for £100m with 4% on every car sold providsing royalties to recoup the money.
