My take on this, for what it's worth is ...
Pre RI this was always a great share to get in at around the 6.00 mark, that was always going to see a good return as RR shares were classed as a 10.00 + with most cashing in around the 8 - 9.00 mark, before the RI ( early 2019) I cashed in at 9.38.
This had been like this for years with only the known world issues having any major effect " other than the fan blade issues and fraud charges" which was of RR making.
Now with all of the forced changes due to covid this being re organisation, adjusting future strategy, new dev, portfolio adjustments, exceleration of new projects, increased order book in both military and civil, then this should, once covid is under control be a lot stronger.
So if you can work out the adjusted price in line with the RI then you will see what this share price should be doing in the future ... and that's before you take in to considerations the major changes / improvement RR have/are making to strengthen the company
It's then down to what your average is and how long you can wait ? This is just a simple observation of many many years of dealing in RR shares.
