4 investor's go for a coffee, they sit down and the first one, red-inky, says, you see that large office block across the road, well in 6 months I will own that, the second one, bot bot, says, you see that large hotel next to the office block, well in two months I will own that, the third one falky, says, well you see that large shopping mall next to the hotel which is next to the office block .. in two weeks I will own that, ... the fourth investor Nettles, looks out the window, turns and slurps a bit of coffee from his sourcer slowly looks up and says ... Bounce was probably the wrong word ... "moved" between 6 and £10

Like many iv been around this share for many many years and it never stays high for long before it drops and finds a new level even pre covid / RI it bounced between 6 and £10, last time it hit £10 it was there for 2min and never returned, it will get to the 1.27+ but it will continue to bounce this year. Imo

Red if it goes to 1.08 it may reach 1.09 but could drop back to 1.07, if that happens then we may be looking at 1.06, which may be a downwards slope back to 1.03 then it's got movement back to 1.04 but could also drop even further to 1.02 which means back to aquare one and looking at under the 1.00 mark, however end of June will see 1.30 :)

getting above 124p is key here, for getting to 125p*
Also, not sure we can make it to 126, if 125 doesn't hold ...

This is good at 1.07 / 8 we had almost a month of 1.02 / 3 so going in the right direction, nice to have spikes and we will see one once ITP etc get announced but steady eddy is good for this recovery year

It's like pulling teeth, it would be great if this was bouncing around the 1.20 mark ( which is where this should be) instead of 1.05, the only thing that will move this is the sale of ITP etc, quick spike before it levels off again, after that it's 2022 / 23 before we see this stabilise and strengthens line with the companies performance.

Iv been saying since 2020 that this will be 1.30 to 35 in May / June ..so I still have some time left, with 1.50 for Dec, although iv douted that since it dropped from the spike of 1.27 .. looking more promising now though.

And peace in the middle East will mean a 1p drop in oil price at the pump even though its gone up 20p ... now I am the grumpy old man, maybe should have invested in oil.

Yep I know its long term and I know its going to get better, and as iv said this is a recovery year for RR and its all about the balance sheet so 2022 / 23 will be the period for this to grow ... but its still like watching paint dry :-) 1.05 close

Long haul flights will make a difference but it takes time to get that revenue in, that's why the growth period for this share will be 2022 onwards, I would be happy to see 1.25 to 1.35 for this year, which I think is achievable.
