Re offtakes-JM said they would be completed by end of Q1,but he said nothing about announcing the details at the end of Q1.The party line is that the final full funding will be announced in one go. So yes it would be great to get an offtake RNS, but personally I was not expecting one.

Jezzoo-this is not going back to the 8s,the dividend will attract new income oriented institutions (and yes many institutions can buy AIM listed),the shares are fundamentally cheap on any measure, the assets are good and rich, we have a stream of newsflow ahead and a new purchasing geography for the shares in Canada. Yes the sell on the news brigade are out today, but more serious investors will take their shares.

To be clear Amne Suede and Steve Mahede were Kabunga reps on the Board. He has gone and correctly they have gone too. As Wasa points out this creates a great opportunity to get a couple of proper big hitters on the Board This and ESIA are huge news, suprised some cannot see it and are selling.

Agree, time Camperdown started to do some of his own research.Some pointers:
-Read the BoD CVs.
-Read the annual Reports of the major auto companies.
-Do some serious reading on current rare earth supply chain, mines and processing plants.
-Do some research into wind power.
-Familiarise yourself with ESG and its importance in the modern industrial and investment world.

I can go on, but once you have done that you will understand, why PRE is seriously undervalued on a long term basis.

...as I was out.I believe we should see the ESIA and licence granted by end of April latest.Assume finance sorted by autumn-this is very bankable-and construction starts after the rains in April 2022, we should be in production by early 2023 at which point I am sure we will be swooped upon.So where does the share price go assuming my timeline above is anywhere near correct? Bear in mind our NAV is based on only 25% of the resource!!I would think on ESIA and shortly following licence anywhere between 10-15p is possible.Next catalyst is funding announcement-remember we only need $35m (£25 million)-assume £7m of this is equity at 5p(realistically the price will be a lot higher)that is another 140m shares to give us 600m shares.You have to believe the company is worth full asset value of just 25%,that gives £235 million or 40p a share in 3 years.Obviously above assumes all goes to plan/timeline etc.I also assume most of us who participated in Kabungas generous bung out are in for 3 years, although obviously traders will appear on the way.

TDT-I both like it and completely agree with it.I still think many are underestimating how powerful the super cycle in certain green industrial metals is going to be and we will be 100% geared to the nickel price which will ultimately determine whereto shares will trade.Once we know the total shares outstanding and a bit more about the cost structure in production we will be able to analyse what every $100 move in the nickel price does to our bottom line.
Also JamesDean1989 congrats on your recent purchases, takes a brave man to buy when the masses are selling-I am sure you will make a serious amount of money as will all who are here on a 4/5 year view.

Know the problem D220.Just very grudgingly sold some I3e to buy more PRE at £1.48. Long term PRE just has much better prospects.

Hopefully Slater and Lombard have finished selling for now-with such a large overhang gone the shares should now push on to fairer value.

Luke-your question on offtakes. I think from my and others conversations with the Company, these are pretty much sown up now. What I am not clear about is when they will be announced. We may hear shortly or they may wait until announcing the whole package. Whilst it would be nice hear news in the next few weeks, I do not think it is anything to be concerned about if we do not. Still hoping for a decent share price rise into the final announcement which will include an offer to PIs. Hopefully this will be driven by news on V. amongst other things.
