I see the Canadian shares were up 11.5% to 14.5c (8.4p) last night on low volume of 456k shares. The Company has stated that it wants to get more out of it's Canadian quote-indeed the last placing went almost exclusively to Canada as I understand it-both Toronto (the warrants) and AIM listed shares. We also have BMO now as joint broker and Paradigm, Cantor and Cormark all involved in the placing and publishing research on HZM. Indeed Peel Hunt was the only UK broker involved and all the actual "placing" of the shares appears to have been done by the Canadians.
Canada has a much larger junior resource market than us and their institutions are much more adept at playing down at this level-hence their taking of all the shares in our placing (of which admittedly a good chunk were flipped).I think in time we may see the Canadians and probably the US institutions playing a much bigger role in the trading of HZM. This has happened at another share I hold-I3e-which also has a dual listing (and admittedly a large Canadian asset base).When I bought into I3e the Canadian quote was considered irrelevant and barely traded, this has all changed and these days we often see the Canadian quote nearing or occassionally exceeding the UK volume. Indeed it was the Canadians that drove the price up sharply 2 months ago. With four Canadian brokers now publishing research on HZM I envisage a time when the Canadians could start to move our price quite sharply.

Well if it stays down here the value accretion will come from M&A.We will be snapped up-too cheap an opportunity to miss.Our largest shareholder holds all the cards and will be aware of this.GLA and good weekend.

Yes very disappointing reaction to the BP.May be a bit quiet here for a while whilst we wait funding news-but what the BP RNS did indicate id there is no shortage of funding options.I am expecting a good deal for current shareholders with minimal dilution.New buyers do not get bored and sell if we are quiet for a while because when PRE moves it moves sharply.

Thanks to the philanthropic Kabunga we are still able to buy ACP at bargain basement levels.We had a situation like this in PRE when it delisted from the ASX-weeks of Aussie selling and a share price in the 70p-£1 range, then once the delist completed and the Aussies stopped selling, it doubled to £2.05 in 3 weeks.
This Kabunga selling (if he still is) has created a similar technical opportunity for all of us.This can easily do a 60-70% uplift or more in short order once the ML comes and assuming Kabunga does not start selling his warrants.
I agree with Jim,I think the licence will be anytime now so if you want to add and have the available cash-now is the time-cannot see it going much lower.

I am hoping we get a couple of really good blue chip institutions in the equity portion-I mean names like Fidelity, Blackrock, Invesco, Artemis. If they buy in the whole market wakes up to the story. Would sit nicely alongside the Angolan sovereign fund. I must say, I am not the least bit concerned over funding-sounds to me like they have multiple options. Also hoping for minimal equity-management ownership is meaningful here so very much aligned with us.

Topped up yesterday at 170p,not looking too clever now and out of cash again so cannot buy this morning. However, buying at any level below £2 to me is great long term value.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and to buy or sell as they wish, but this is very simple to me:
The RNS of the BP told me all I wanted to know with the one exception of timelines on Saltend and all the Angolan operations- I would have liked more detail on those issues. I suspect some wanted alot more information on funding etc, but sorry that is just not going to happen due to NDAs etc -we will hear about funding when announced. The figures given-obviously endorsed by their broker Liberum -allow me to feel alot more confident on my 4 year fag packet calculation of £10 per share .Once the funding is announced we will know the new share count and can get a bit more accurate on price targets. However, remember this will be a UNIQUE STRATEGIC UK ASSET-so it will sell on much higher multiples of earnings and EBITDA than most of us actually realise. GLA and look forward to reading your posts over the next four years.

Yes we all know there is a placing to come, but given the amount of green finance around the equity dilution should be reasonable.They currently have authority to issue 20 million new shares.I reckon they will need 40-50 million.Still leaves share count at only 240-250 million.

I will second that Duder. Great BP-well worth the wait. Capex less than one year normalised revenues and no lack of funding options. Plus they have got the ESG credentials at the forefront of strategy-that is so, so important these days. Good luck all, expect a great day in the shares.

Agree Glengarth-very good news. Yes this is a big position for me, I am hoping for great things not just for the share price, but also for the UK. I am also in ACP,HZM,i3E,ITX and IRR-not meant as a cross ramp, just the other places I post.

Future scope for a recycling and reprocessing facility confirmed in the report-very good.

Recently purchased a position here. I owned Revolymer as a private company years ago, but sold out on IPO. The big hope in those days was non stick chewing gum!! Things seem to be progressing very nicely now. Looks like one for the bottom drawer to hold on a 4/5 year view. Still doing DD, but a position I think I will be adding to as things progress. GLA.

By the way our continual late reported 1 million share buyer is not me Wasa-wish it was!!
