I 100% agree with you JAdam.This is now firmly in my bottom draw awaiting divi and for value to out.This is the stock I least worry about in my portfolio.If it does not a predator will out it for us.I am sure Bybrook would accept a decent offer.

Hogsnipe-I am certainly not as bearish as you on PRE's funding situation. I absolutely agree that we need funding in the next few months, but I am also very confident that this will be forthcoming on very good terms to PRE shareholders whose management are well aligned with us. I believe the lack of newsflow on funding is simply because we are deeply into negotiations with several parties with strict NDAs in place. Did you watch the recent Atherley interview? The body language throughout the interview was of a confident, not concerned Chairman including when he was questioned on financing. I attach the link incase you missed it-well worth a watch.

With greatest respect DavidBlake ,I have to strongly disagree with this statement as we stand now, although I agree it would have been true just 2 months ago. Now I believe our new President, Samia Hassan is alot more progressive, alot more pro Western investment, alot more pragmatic and generally has alot more common sense than Megafool. The Presidential transition has probably cost us 4 weeks, but we now have someone in control who will start to make things happen. The license will come soon enough.
Please remember the vast bulk of Tanzanians are under 15 years of age, literacy is low due to poor past investment in education and the dreadful socialist Nyerere regime that existed for so long after independence. Trying to recruit well educated, non corrupt locals to the civil service is extremely hard because there are so few of them for legacy reasons.
Samia Hassan has her work cut out ,but she has a good chance of making massive improvements and ACP has a good chance of getting it's license very soon.

Absolutely agree Picked-that is what is called leverage-in this instance complete leverage to the nickel price. You cannot beat a pure play when a company's underlying resource is in a supercycle and the company is 100% leveraged to the price of that resource. Once we know the shares outstanding and have a handle on normalised operating costs we can easily calculate what every $1k move in nickel does to our EPS. This is what is so exciting about HZM and so far probably not fully comprehended by the market.

Another £5k at 10.57p-cannot call the bottom, but a 4/5 year hold for me-on that timeframe the odd pennies do not matter.

Respectfully disagree Chinasyndrome-Hogsnipe has made some excellent and valid points.The Chinese are the curse of Africa-they come in agree to build projects and infrastructure funded by huge Chinese loans, employing almost exclusively Chinese labour, having little regard for the local environment and bringing in Chinese merchants and traders who undercut the local Africans.They know Africa well and have been there for years-for example the Tanzam railway in the 1970s was Chinese built and funded.They have crippled a large number of African countries-Tanzania,Mozambique,Zimbabwe for example and always seek to gain control of critical infrastructure-ports,railways etc.They are hated by the local populous and have been for years, but corrupt politicians have pandered to them for personal gain.However,I do firmly believe the tide is turning as African leaders wake up to the Chinese rape of their countries and new, more enlightened leaders come to power-for example I do not expect to see Samia Hassan in Tanzania taking too much s..t from the Chinese.
As far as Angola is concerned,I think their debt negotiations will be bailed out by a firm oil price.It seems clear to me too that they have learnt from the Chinese burden and will look increasingly west for investment-which they will certainly get given their vast unexploited resources.The single thing that concerns me most about China and Pensana is cyber attacks at Saltend once it is constructed and when I next talk to PA I do want to ask him seriously what PRE's cybersecurity planning looks like.

Fortunately we are not AIM-another astute move from our management to put us on FTSE.

Thanks for the posts.I invested here very reluctantly last year.Despite the extreme undervaluation and obvious quality of the ACP assets I was very concerned about investing in Tanzania and the political risks associated with the country having had a couple of bad experiences historically in the country.It is becoming quickly apparent that Samia Hassan is different and is putting the nation's wellbeing ahead of any personal agenda.She may prove to be Africa's Margaret Thathcher, which means we can all invest with much increased confidence in the many opportunities this hugely resource rich country throws up.She is a veritable breath of fresh air.I have a pretty decent position here now and am increasingly confident the patient amongst us will make excellent returns here over the next 3 years.

Well it does look like the selling is finally drying up fingers crossed.It was very easy to buy a reasonable amount this morning and a 5:1 buy to sell ratio today is not moving the price much.There has been a lot of selling in the two weeks after the BP,I think the market makers are stuffed full of stock.Hopefully the buyers are firm LTHs and most of the profit takers are now out for the foreseeable future.Good weekend all.

I Glengarth-I am assuming you are referring to Tirupati-which I looked closely at when they IPO'd, but very mistakenly declined because I was worried about the number of warrants being issued.I like your theory and am sure Tirupati are more than aware of ACP, it would as you suggest be an excellent fit.My suspicion though is that there could be a bidding war on this one.The graphite is of such high quality and the economics so good that there will be more than one suitor and almost certainly Chinese interest.MB I think will be happy to sell at the right price.As a man who puts his own money where his mouth is he is very aligned with us all and as a geologist probably does not want to run a mine.Now all we need is the bloody ML!!

Price targets-you have to look at timeframes.Theoretically a true growth investor would not sell this share because it has years of double digit top line and bottom line growth in it.However, in reality things are different-people need cash, an unforeseen event arises etc, so obviously sellers will always be there.My view:
-Sometime in the next month 9/10p-the chart is vertical, that is unsustainable.
-Year end 60p
Year end 2022-£1.50-there will be some institutions buying by then.
Year end 2023-£2-3

So far I have paid 8p and 11p.I imagine I will be paying anything up to 50p over the next few months.
I once bought I million shares of Next at 3p and thought I was damn clever selling it at 12p.It is now over £78.The mantra is growth = premium rating...for many, many years.

Skewwy-we should probably take this conversation over to the ACP Board, but I would strongly recommend you do not sell your entire ACP holding when/if ML is issued-offtakes, finance, mine build will all be quick and I am 99% convinced Matt Bull will sell out (at a good price given quality of asset).

Hands up-got it wrong...I was firmly in the RNS this morning camp.Well lets hope the boys spend their long weekend writing a detailed and excellent RNS.Tend to agree with PiratePete this will now be released on May 6th when management shares are admitted.Still firmly of the opinion that yesterdays option exercise can only be very bullish.
