I hope investors don't sell their shares too cheap on a good Italian award. The risk deserves the reward. I would hate to see those that have taken no risk being rewarded by buying in cheap. STRONG BUY imo

Baker Hughes rig count and US production both fell thus week with oil at~$70. Sealion FI chances growing daily. STRONG BUY imo

Strongly disagree. A share buyback will be announced shortly after share consolidation. Shares too cheap not to do a buy back.

A share consolidation of 20:1 will certainly happen leaving ~900m shares in issue at ~$4/share. HBR can then start a share buy back with shareholders permission at the next AGM.

A stock buy back would also speed up our FTSE100 entry.

With the shares trading so cheaply surely a share buy back would be a better option.

I have to be honest here, If HE don't give the green light to Sealion it will be because the economics are not enticing enough due to a greedy FIG. They will have really ****ed me off since I am funding the defence of their islands. Hate to admit it but I would vengefully be in support of Argentinas claims.
